Best Outdoor Kitchen Remodeling in Saint Louis MO
Thadeus did a great job. He worked really hard and gave me some good advice. Maplewood Plumbing also called and told me they could arrive earlier than scheduled, which was really helpful. I intend to hire them again next time I need plumbing work done.

And installation of dishwasher.
After my second great experience with Performance Plumbing, I will gladly recommend them to everyone I know. This last time, Mark took a two-day appointment and completed it in one afternoon. They're very efficient and respectful.

Elmer was very professional and courteous. He had to leave and come back again, as the water had not been turned on yet, but the receptionist stayed in touch with me and the scheduled work was able to be completed. This is one of the few companies I found that will do de winterization.

Glenn R. & Mike (partner in training) were 2 extremely knowledgeable and friendly Roto Rooter technicians that came to my home to repair a sewage backup problem. They provided advice on how to determine the cause of plumbing related problems and what one should do in order prevent the occurrence for which I greatly appreciated. Glenn and Mike were very professional and thoroughly resolved the repair within an expedient manner. Excellent service provided by the 2 technicians.

The good:First visit was prompt after our call and 2 gentlemen who did the work were friendly, communicated well and often and worked hard. The bad:1. Agreed verbally to a do not go over price after a bid with a range of $6,000 from low end to high. Work ended up costing several thousand dollars more than high end of bid and no phone call was ever received about going over agreed upon amount.2. Estimates are vague and do not spell out exactly what will be done or how much it will cost. Bid has a large range and the small print states actual cost may be higher. My question: what good is the estimate then?3. Final cost was misrepresented in conversation with project coordinator, i.e. sales guy. He offered to remove some flooring at a lower cost (after a phone conversation with his boss that he had out of earshot) and this was done at much higher cost, and denied conversation ever took place. In short, i cannot in good conscience recommend this company. If you have no choice, get a very detailed line item estimate and get every promise in writing. they make you sign multiple documents multiple times, read everything.I was mislead and lied to.

I have been using GVL Plumbing for 15 years. They have fixed many problems in my old plumbing. Most recently, they tore up my basement floor to replace old cast iron pipes with modern pipes. Everything was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I find them to be honest and reasonable in their fees. Highly recommend.

They provided us a great service. They came out and hunted down our shutoff valve in the snow, and replaced the indoor shutoff valve for us in no time. It was a perfect experience.
