Absolutely awful experience. Our project was delayed at least 6 weeks due to errors made at the store. They didn't order the right amount of material, measurements were wrong, we were told we were getting one thing and then something else was delivered. They were so disorganized they couldn't remember any of the conversations we had. They asked us to pay for the corrections of the errors they made. You couldn't give me enough of a discount to ever return to this store.

Eric Merkling came out and serviced our Ruud. He was courteous and quickly found the problem and fixed it for a really great price. I will definitely use JT Dunn again.

Very pleasant to work with. The installers were very professional and great to have working in my home. Very respectful team. They are very knowledgeable in their trade.

Steve and Ian came out the same day for my basement flooding from a broken water heater. They installed two new water heaters and set me up with help for flooding mitigation. I cannot speak highly enough of their knowledge, professionalism and just plain kindness too. Also gave me a reasonable price and filled out my rebate info.

We called at 10 am with the water having been turned off the night before. The earliest availability they had was tomorrow morning but ended up working something out doe this afternoon. They were an hour behind and I left a vm.....however, once they arrived they assessed the situation quickly and had the fix done in less than 30 mins. They also said to call if there is still water. Will definitely use them again! Polite. Professional. Courteous.

We hired Mike with Honey Do Plumbing to run some new plumbing lines for our sink. They were on time, responsive, very reasonably priced, and did an excellent job! They also cleaned up their mess and were open to our input

My water heater went out and they had someone there first thing the next morning! He was friendly, fast, and explained what he had done and how the new one worked, as well as how much more efficient the system was and why.
They also told me about a substantial rebate that would help alleviate the unexpected cost of a new major appliance.
Would recommend!

Company is highly unprofessional. I booked an appointment to come get service repaired from the initial installation that they did and they never showed up or called to cancel. I will never in life recommend this company to anyone. I’m at a disbelief.

While I couldn't use them for my plumbing, they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue, a video of how to do so, aswell as scams to avoid. While I can't use them for work in Jefferson County, I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends solely on that transparency!
