They came out on Saturday with NO extra fee for the Saturday and installed a water heater for us. They are professional, clean up after themselves, personable, honest and great to work with. The ratings are probably phony, this company can not even return a phone call in the time they say they will. Do not trust the reviews I feel they are friends and family giving the ratings. Good businesses return phone calls in a timely manner !!! This is becoming a common practice among businesses. Must not need the work or they can not do it@!
