3 separate appointments and still no quote. The first time they came out they told us we needed to open a hole in the living room ceiling to see what the problem was, and they left. Second visit, told us they needed a bigger hole, and wouldn't wait around for us to expand it, and wouldn't do it themselves (literally 5 minutes of work). Scheduled a return visit for the following Monday, and then didn't show and didn't call. Terrible experience...

We had a leaking shower faucet in our house that we’d just recently purchased. Maplewood Plumbing was able to help us next day. They needed to order a replacement part, and through their research, they found out that our faucet was still under warranty. I appreciated their honesty, because we would have had no way of knowing, and they could have easily charged us for the part. Once the part arrived, they were able to get back quickly, and our shower works great! Thanks, Maplewood!!!
