Best Install Sump Pump in Saint Louis MO

I had them come out for sewer issues. They said I would have a bid the next day. A week and a half later I had to find another company. They were to busy to even bid the job. Would definitely not recommend them

Linek has provided us with plumbing service for over 10 years and we have always been highly satisfied with their quality service. Recently they installed a new sump pump which by no fault of theirs failed to activate during a heavy storm. It turned out to be a manufacturer failure. They represented us to the manufacturer who refused to help offset our deductible. Steve Stilwell worked diligently on the issue and helped us cover the deductible in spite of the fact that they were not obligated to do so. Linek is a stand up firm and we continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.

Maplewood Plumbing is an excellent company. Their service is prompt and professional. James located a leak from an exterior faucet, replaced the faucet and damaged pipe, checked the system, and saved the damaged pipe for the insurance company. I have used this company for other plumbing repairs and have always been satisfied.

I was a new tenant in a duplex and found out Trio Plumbing were the ones who came out and put a new water heater in! The plumber Shawn did an amazing job and even came back out to answer questions I had because I don't know anything about water heaters! Would highly recommend them because they get you in quickly and do a great job!

I purchased a very expensive boiler (20k) last winter for them for our radiator heat.  They came to try to fix the old unit and said that our only option was a new one.  After some debate, we moved forward.  The installation itself was OK.  They left the basement door open for most of the time, and I had to ask them several times to close it because we were freezing.  I tried to ask them how it was going while they installed it, and they would barely respond.  Given the cost, I don't think this was unreasonable.  After the install, it stopped working completely after about 7 days.  I was pretty upset. They sent out a technician off hours who had no idea how to fix it. It turns out that the reason it stopped working was because the exhaust valve was installed incorrectly.  Apparently, it wasn't windy the day of the install, but there was more wind later on, so it needed to be installed differently.  Yikes. It works well now in terms of heating up the home.  I will say that the cost savings from this unit were not at all what they told us. The salesman made all sorts of claims about all the money we would save to run the unit.  All of that wasn't true.  It is cheaper to run our forced air units (although the radiator heat is much better; it heats evenly, there is no dust blowing around, etc.). We do love the radiator heat, but it isn't cheaper.  Maybe it is cheaper than a 50-year-old boiler, but he knew that wasn't our situation.  We weren't using the radiator heat at that time, which is why they were there in the first place.  All of this was really disappointing, but today, after switching back from Hoffman, I had someone out for a separate issue, and he was asking me about the unit.  Apparently, we could have gotten a similar unit and used it for our hot water as well.  He said it would have been another ~$1,000 (compared to getting a new $3000 water heater).  I remember the salesperson mentioning that as an option very briefly, and I expressed some interest.  I don't really know what happened in that particular part of the discussion after that, but at the very least I didn't understand the options, because it appears like it would have been a no-brainer based on what I am hearing today.  I have no idea what to believe on this particular issue, but it just added to my overall disappointment about the experience, which is why I am writing this review.

We are currently in the process of trying to open up a Bar/Restaurant and plumbing was a major issue for us. After going through multiple headaches and mismanaged businesses, Python came in and handled all of our needs. We passed inspection with flying colors, communication was amazing, and I always felt like they were in control and I did not need to stress about any plumbing needs. I had a leaking toilet and called Roto Rooter. The technician showed up in a timely manner but was unprofessional. He said the parts on the toilet needed to be replaced and I agreed, however, the price was approximately $300 more than I've spent in the past on an entirely new toilet. I explained this to him and he seemed unconcerned, stating that the price was non-negotiable and that he had nothing to do with it, that Roto Rooter had fixed prices for all parts. I let him install the new parts but I feel as though I was swindled.EDIT:I emailed the person that replied to this post twice and never got a response.

Great service and in a timely fashion. My water heater went out a few days before Christmas and they were able to get one installed around my schedule as I was leaving town for the holidays. Also, they noticed a few other issues with pipes once they were in my basement and fixed those without upping the quoted price. Happy customer here!

While I couldn't use them for my plumbing, they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue, a video of how to do so, aswell as scams to avoid. While I can't use them for work in Jefferson County, I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends solely on that transparency!

Amazing customer service by this company. The technician, Ty was professional and timely and was able to assess the issues quickly. The repairs were done in a timely manner with minimal damage to my wallet. Ty was even helpful in providing a contact for someone to do some carpentry for us. We will never use another company for plumbing again. I am giving their contact information to all of my neighbors!
