We couldn't have asked for a better experience from Dunn. There was some minor confusion with the third party scheduling service that was used to set up the appointment. However, it was fixed immediately and the work was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Steve is an amazing guy and an excellent plumber! He was out to dinner with his wife when I called and was able to be at my house within the hour. He explained what he was doing and offered solutions to solve possible future problems I might have. Steve wants to make sure that his customer get the best price and service possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great plumber!

Awesome guys. They helped us get the house ready, repaired, and great looking prior to our kid arriving - painting, drywall, plastering, electrical, floor tiling, the works! They did a fantastic and thorough job, and my only regret to giving them five stars is I worry they'll become even more handyman rockstars than they already are and be too busy when I need them again!

It's been about a week since I had to get pretty much a complete plumbing overhaul, and everything seems great. Plumbing Masters were professional and very reasonable.

Great service and in a timely fashion. My water heater went out a few days before Christmas and they were able to get one installed around my schedule as I was leaving town for the holidays. Also, they noticed a few other issues with pipes once they were in my basement and fixed those without upping the quoted price. Happy customer here!

Eric gave us an estimate over the phone to come fix our toilet. We have had issues for months with this. He came out and diagnosed the repair and it was much less expensive than we thought. We were expecting to have to replace our entire toilet and he said it was something simple and fixed it. We were so happy with his honesty. He could have charged us a lot more to do work that he said was not necessary. While he was there, we had him fix our sink as well. Very trust worthy and fair price. I wish there were more companies like this. Great Work!! Would definitely refer to anyone.

I'm 100% satisfied with today's experience with Rhymes. Frank was on time, professional, courteous and explained the situation so that even I could understand. I will be calling Rhymes when I'm ready to replace my furnace.
