Despite being a holiday, Joe came to my house to fix the AC. He did a fantastic job, first he explain what may be the problem, then we decided how to be fix. Joe is very professional. I will gladly recommend him for a technician to anyone.

I bought an as-is house in University City last year, and reached out to Brooks Plumbing, as they are only a couple miles away. They were able to do everything I needed, including rip out cast iron stacks and about 20 feet of lateral, reseal toilets, install a tankless water heater, put in a new utility sink, and several other small items. For the huge scope of work, the price was very reasonable. They are quick to respond, always very nice, and happy to send someone by on a moment's notice to look at something since I live so closeby. This is a small, locally-owned business, so please check them out!

joe came out to investigate a noise in our water system which he repaired and checked a problem with our toilets. he was the only plumber who could tell us what was wrong and how it could be fixed. other plumbers who looked at it did not know the problem but joe recommended a solution to repair the problem . he did a great job!

If you have sewage problems they are the company to call. We had issues on a Saturday evening. They were here within 90 minutes and done in 45 minutes. Very personable and great service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago for plumbing issues at my mothers house. The day of the appointment no one showed up so I called and spoke to Mandy who stated someone had attempted to call me the day prior to reschedule for the next day. I had no missed calls nor voice mail so doubtful that happened. I had taken off work to have this work done but I understand that things happen and agreed for them to come out the next day from 8-10 am. The next day at 10:30 am still no one arrived. I called and spoke to Mandy again who stated the plumber was working in U- City and when finished would be headed my way. I called again at 3:30 pm bc still no one arrived or called. Mandy stated the supervisor was supposed to be coming out, she didn’t know why he hadn’t, and he wouldn’t answer his phone. I canceled immediately. I took off two days of work and not only are they not unreliable but they also don’t communicate. Waste of time when I could have scheduled a professional, reliable company to respond. Don’t use them unless you have time to waste.

Nick was great! The sink is in my mom’s bathroom and we had no idea what was causing the leak. Nick explained everything to us that he was doing to isolate the problem and what each issue would cost. I believe there were 3 scenarios and he gave us the high to low fixed and what they would Cost. He advised it was the faucet and we asked that he install it. He had one on his truck, but needed a part which was delivered to him. He kept assuring us that it would be fixed today and of course it was! GREAT service with a smile! Hoffman Brothers did really well hiring Nick. He is young and has the potential to be a great asset to the company we’ve used for years. Kudos to you Nick! Keep up your great work.
