3 separate appointments and still no quote. The first time they came out they told us we needed to open a hole in the living room ceiling to see what the problem was, and they left. Second visit, told us they needed a bigger hole, and wouldn't wait around for us to expand it, and wouldn't do it themselves (literally 5 minutes of work). Scheduled a return visit for the following Monday, and then didn't show and didn't call. Terrible experience...

I have used Maplewood Plumbing in the past and was happy with their work and pricing. They have switched to a new per job pricing system. For the recent work they did of switching out a corner sink and faucet, the price was $800 for less than two hours of work. This is exorbitant pricing by any standard. They will not breakdown the pricing for me so I can see how much they are charging me for parts (I supplied the sink and faucet) and how much the labor would be. I would not recommend working with them. They do quality work but it's way overpriced and their customer service from the office is poor.

I will definitely use USA Plumbing Plus again. I called for an estimate for installation of a water heater and was quoted a reasonable price. The technician was on time for the appointment and installed the water heater in no time. I also had a problem with my bathroom sink and he was able to clear it quickly for a small additional charge.

We are currently in the process of trying to open up a Bar/Restaurant and plumbing was a major issue for us. The owner and his crew were very professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. The installation/problem was more complicated than originally thought, and they were diligent and had it figured out in no time. I couldn't have been more happy with the service provided. We had been having a problem in our bathroom where the pipes would leak water to the floor every time we turned the faucet on. The 2 Jakob brothers came, diagnosed the problems, and installed a new faucet, drain, and pipes.They explained what they were doing, did a beautiful job and thoroughly cleaned up the area they were working in. They were very professional as well. I told one of the brothers that I liked the caulking job he did around the pedestal sink and not only did he show me how to caulk, but he left the rest of the caulking tube with me so I could practice caulking for our shower. Highly recommend!
