I had them come out for sewer issues. They said I would have a bid the next day. A week and a half later I had to find another company. They were to busy to even bid the job. Would definitely not recommend them

We had a fantastic experience with Linek! We were in the process of selling our house and we had a last minute repair to our water heater on the day of closing. Linek sent a technician out there first thing that morning of closing and fixed the problem within the hour. Linek sent the paid invoice and lien waiver that afternoon. We were referred to Maplewood Plumbing by a neighbor, so we called them to fix our shower mixing cartridge. Everyone I spoke with in the office was great, they were super polite and very professional. Dave was here today to perform the repair, and we couldn't be happier. He was timely, worked quick, and took the time to explain everything, including recommendations for future projects I discussed with him. Maplewood will definitely be our go to in the future for plumbing needs.

The technicians( kris and Luis) were very knowledgeable about my clogged basement drain . With the equipment they have they showed me I had tree roots in the drain pipe. After clearing the drain they cleaned up all the mess that was in my basement. Would definitely call them again if I have this problem again.

I will definitely use USA Plumbing Plus again. I called for an estimate for installation of a water heater and was quoted a reasonable price. The technician was on time for the appointment and installed the water heater in no time. I also had a problem with my bathroom sink and he was able to clear it quickly for a small additional charge.

They were prompt and professional when I needed them. Not to mention they were VASTLY more affordable than their competitors!

We had been having a problem in our bathroom where the pipes would leak water to the floor every time we turned the faucet on. The 2 Jakob brothers came, diagnosed the problems, and installed a new faucet, drain, and pipes.They explained what they were doing, did a beautiful job and thoroughly cleaned up the area they were working in. They were very professional as well. I told one of the brothers that I liked the caulking job he did around the pedestal sink and not only did he show me how to caulk, but he left the rest of the caulking tube with me so I could practice caulking for our shower. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. Called for an emergency on a Tuesday evening. Spoke to someone who took my info. They tried to get a hold of a technician right away, but were unable. They would get them a message and someone would be in contact shortly.

After waiting 30 minutes (keep in mind this is during a plumbing emergency!) no one called. I tried to call back, and the person I spoke to (different from the first) had no idea what I was talking about and said all they could do was try and reach out again.

I said no thank you.

If you are going to promote yourself as a 24/7 emergency service you should, at the very least, return a phone call to say sorry we can't take the job right now.

Fortunately, a neighbor was able to recommend someone who promptly answered their phone, and was able to let me know within 5 minutes if a technician was available. Which is how it should be done.

Prompt, good work, reasonable pricing. We've used Bieg before and will use them again.

I have been using GVL Plumbing for 15 years. They have fixed many problems in my old plumbing. Most recently, they tore up my basement floor to replace old cast iron pipes with modern pipes. Everything was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I find them to be honest and reasonable in their fees. Highly recommend.

Very thorough in his estimate and measurements. Courteous and willing to talk options.

They did come out quickly and got the job done only coming back 1 time to fix an issue on their work. I wont call them out again because they charge your card more than invoice total and do not tell you about it.
