***Update: The plumber came back to resolve this issue. While I am not fond of the lack of responsiveness before from the admin side, the plumber was absolutely professional and extremely thorough today. Thank you for resolving this issue. ***

We are upgrading our kitchen, including the kitchen faucet. We experienced a delay between countertop installation to faucet installation. We remained flexible and rolled with it.

When the plumber arrived, he was professional and wore shoe covers.

He completed his work and we began the dishwasher and opened the faucet to verify. All was good.

That evening, we experienced extremely low pressure and low flow. We called and they returned the call with a potential fix, clean the screen of any debris. It increased flow and pressure, but not to the original setting.

Over the past few weeks, we have lost flow/pressure and ran the solution they gave us. Each time we have less and less flow/pressure. At this point, we don’t have enough to wash dishes or clean the sink. It takes about 3 minutes to fill a 12 cup coffee carafe.

The reason I am giving them 1 star is because they have not responded to any of my 3 calls after the first one. I have also contacted Hallmark Complete (contractor coordinator) and Home Depot (service seller), but they have not been able to get Byrd Plumbing to respond. Between the cost of the service, lack of timeliness, and lack of responsiveness, I am not recommending Byrd Plumbing.

After having water lines replaced on my street, the water pressure to my kitchen sink was low and barely any water was coming out. John Bess with Linek Plumbing took action right away by determining what was causing the issue and had to eventually replace the kitchen faucet which they covered the parts and labor. John Bess was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job, especially since one of the parts didn't go as planned, but he recommended another option that worked. It was also a pleasure working with John Wienstroer, who helped coordinate the repair and parts. Not only was he very responsive in communicating, he was professional, thoroughly articulated everything that was going on, and even followed up to ensure the repair was done correctly.

Had a severe leak coming from my 1/2 bathroom. Performance had someone on site THAT SAME DAY to stop the leak, remove flooring, clean up, replace damaged flooring, and have the bathroom up and running like nothing happened. Absolutely outstanding service From Rick McGee at Performance Plumbing.

Our house is in small town DeSoto where the sewer lines date back before the 1900s. After dealing with roots in the clay lines for years, it was time fix the problem. Drew Duffner (Dr. Drew) responded immediately, assessed the situation and new what needed to be done. Drew being from DeSoto is familiar with the challenges of an old town and has the experience to update issues to current standards. Drew and his right hand man Ian jumped in and fixed our issue in record breaking time at a fair price. It's hard to find a good plumbing service in a small town that can correct an issue in a timely and professional manner and still give you the value needed.. I will not go anywhere else fir my plumbing needs nor will I recommend anyone else. Anytime Plumbing Services is Top Notch, thanks again guys.

My water heater went out and they had someone there first thing the next morning! He was friendly, fast, and explained what he had done and how the new one worked, as well as how much more efficient the system was and why.
They also told me about a substantial rebate that would help alleviate the unexpected cost of a new major appliance.
