I had a situation which required 3 major repairs. I contacted Linek Plumbing just as they opened. Despite being busy with appointments that early, they were able to send technicians to my home and repair the problems in a timely manner. The employess I came in contact with were extremely professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and most importantly, genuine. I am very thankful to Linek Plumbing for their assistance and expertise and I highly reccommend their services.

Very thorough. David offered to use the camera and I took him up on that for my own curiosity. At $130 for the first hour, then $150 for each additional hour broken down in 15 minute increments adds up fast, so keep that in mind if you want/need additional time. I was given a 3 hour window and no one showed by the end of the 3 hours so I called. The guy scheduled to come to my house was held up so that had to send another guy (David). David showed up ready to help despite the fact he could have been going home instead, so I appreciated his helpful and happy attitude.

Awesome service! A once in lifetime arctic freeze (- 30 wind chill) with a burst basement pipe and they were here in 2 hours when no other service would respond. Fair price and I highly recommend them- Silvio was great.

The ratings are probably phony, this company can not even return a phone call in the time they say they will. Do not trust the reviews I feel they are friends and family giving the ratings. Good businesses return phone calls in a timely manner !!! This is becoming a common practice among businesses. Must not need the work or they can not do it@!

We had a main line backup into our basement on a Saturday afternoon. We called Roto Rooter right away, as they've helped us with a clogged toilet in the past. They were busy, but able to get us in the same evening. The dispatcher called us frequently to keep us updated & was very courteous. Joel came to our home & was very personable & thorough. We had a tough clog in our main line & he persisted until the line was clean, late into the night. No service call fee, no after hours or emergency fee & very reasonable rates. Highly recommend!
