J T Dunn installed our new HVAC system in May 2014. They replaced our old 10 SEER Comfort Maker unit with a Trane XLi18 18 SEER unit and our old 80% AFUE furnace with a Trane XV95 97% AFUE unit. Wow...what a difference it made in our heating and cooling costs!!! Our monthly bills are considerably lower. Their techs showed up at 8:00am and worked 14 hours removing and installing the new units, performing system functional checks and even showing us how to program and use our new thermostat. They stayed until everything was finished even though we told them they could finish the next day. The work area was left spotless. Our salesperson, Scott, worked with us to determine the best system for our home and didn't try to sell us stuff that we didn't want or need. He also got us 5 year same as cash financing through Wells Fargo! We were so impressed with the professionalism, customer service, price and warranty that we recommended to my brother to use J T Dunn to replace his old system as well. He did...and we received a gift card for Home Depot! We highly recommend J T Dunn be the one to tackle all of your HVAC needs. I know we will use them for years to come.

I had them come out for sewer issues. They said I would have a bid the next day. A week and a half later I had to find another company. They were to busy to even bid the job. Would definitely not recommend them

My wife and I are in the process of purchasing a rather older house. We wanted a plumbing and sewer inspection and because of all the good reviews, we chose Maplewood Plumbing and Sewer. Through the whole process they have been unfailingly professional and frank with us. David came first, to do a camera inspection of the sewer. It was actually blocked up at the time of inspection, which would normally prevent any camera inspection, but instead of just walking away, he took the time to get authorization to snake out the obstruction and guided us through the whole process. Later, Will (the master plumber) came to do the full inspection and evaluation and he was able to find issues that nobody else in our many different inspections had picked up (including finding a crawl space nobody even knew about!) Can't say I'm thrilled with what was found, but that's not Maplewood's fault, and what I can definitely say is that they've been incredibly helpful through the whole process. Definitely will be calling them again for our future plumbing issues!

Responsive--Arrived within 20 minutes of call tonite. Chad was very friendly even while working in the dark rain as the basement was backed up. Clearly advised amount due before doing work, thoroughly explained issue with recommendation on how to proceed. If the rest of the techs are as good and personable as Chad, I'll use them again!!

I can't say enough great things about Steve from Anytime Plumbing. I called him because my water heater Literally exploded. He called me right back and said he would be there first thing next morning and he was. GREAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT personally, knowledgeable about all plumbing and he did an excellent job of replacing and updating my water heater along with a new regulator at a very reasonable price. Main drain clogged up on us. I had two top companies at my house that could not get it free, Roto rooter and drain masters. Made the call to authority. They were at my residence within a hour and had the drain flowing the right way within a few short minutes! I know who i will use for my drain and plumbing needs! don't waste you're time with the other guys like i did...

They were able to clean a clogged kitchen sink sewer line quickly and cleanly.
