They did a great job of installing new air conditioning and furnace but when we called twice for follow up service they never contacted us. We had to reach out to other company.

I have many plumbers over the years try to repair our kitchen sink. It has caused flooding in our kitchen several times since our remodeling. This happened again--we reached out to Linek for the first time. The plumber was very nice and patient ---found multiple problems. I know this created a strain on the companies scheduling--but he took the time to repair all of the problems. I believe they have ended this nightmare for us--as our kitchen finally seems to work properly. The price was fair--the service was prompt--the amount of caring was off the charts wonderful. No one likes having to call a plumber. Usually it means a hefty bill and inconvenient timeline. Not so with Maplewood Plumbing. I called for a leaky kitchen pipe and they took care of me within three days, and two of those days were over a weekend. Highly recommend these folks.

I bought an as-is house in University City last year, and reached out to Brooks Plumbing, as they are only a couple miles away. They were able to do everything I needed, including rip out cast iron stacks and about 20 feet of lateral, reseal toilets, install a tankless water heater, put in a new utility sink, and several other small items. For the huge scope of work, the price was very reasonable. They are quick to respond, always very nice, and happy to send someone by on a moment's notice to look at something since I live so closeby. This is a small, locally-owned business, so please check them out!

Main drain clogged up on us. I had two top companies at my house that could not get it free, Roto rooter and drain masters. Made the call to authority. They were at my residence within a hour and had the drain flowing the right way within a few short minutes! I know who i will use for my drain and plumbing needs! don't waste you're time with the other guys like i did...

My water heater went out and they had someone there first thing the next morning! He was friendly, fast, and explained what he had done and how the new one worked, as well as how much more efficient the system was and why.
They also told me about a substantial rebate that would help alleviate the unexpected cost of a new major appliance.
