Russell and his colleague were professional, on time, knowledgeable and super friendly. I hired them to hydro-jet my kitchen pipes and their service was impeccable. In addition to their great service, they went the extra mile and beyond to address all my concerns and needs, they checked all the pipes for my duplex and gave me an honest opinion. Ryan Mark was very quick to diagnose why my HVAC system was down and present options for repair and replacement. He was extremely patient in explaining the options and also apologetic about recent shortcomings that I had experienced with Huft service. His quote for a replacement furnace made accommodations in an effort to retain me as a Huft customer as well. His customer service skills are exceptional and I hope that Huft realizes what an asset he is to the company.
