Bret installed a sink faucet, and it took him only 30 minutes. Bret was knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards very well. I was very satisfied.

I called this company because my AC had stopped working. I scheduled an appointment in a 5 hour window. While I was booking the appointment he was pretty much trash talking home warranty companies. For example they hire newly trained people who do know what they are doing. I made an appointment so I could at least have someone look at my AC. After I booked an appointment a company who works with my home warranty called and I made an appointment with them pretty much the same time I had made with fix it rite. I called fix it rite to cancel my appointment and the guy I talked to previously answered the phone. I told him I was cancelling my appointment since my home warranty called to schedule an appointment he just said I told you about home warranties and then he just started laughing and said okay I will cancel. How unprofessional not way to treat potential customers and to trash talk your competitors. I never told him the name of the company my home warranty went through so he was just lumping everyone just indicating to me he was better than them

The installation of the toilet proceeded well, and the plumber was very polite, kind, professional, and amusing. Thanks, man!

The workers that showed up on time. Were professional took the time to explain what they were doing. They were very respectful of the fact that I was working from home

I've had the opportunity to work with Mr. Paul Turner the Commercial Account Manager (SF Peninsula Branch).
I'm the Director of Operation at Booker T. Community Service Center in SF. When we need PLUMBING help, which we often do. I can count on Paul to answer quickly and get his team dispatched ASAP. He's fair in the work that has been done and more than anything he a true partner of BTWCSC.

We Had shower drain blocked .Worst service ever, he didn't fix the issue just gave is excuses and went away with money
Told us to wait for 5 days and he will come and replace drain pipes in crawl space when it's dry ,expecting us to go without shower for week
We got snake from Home Depot and cleared it ourself .
No good service ..wont recommend at all

In 2014, Jimmy installed a tankless system in my residence for 5g, the process took 1 day. Although at the time I thought the price was on the high side, I went ahead & went with him based on his experience & knowledge.

In 2015, I had a water leak in my front yard at the box where the water meter is located. County water agency dug a good sized hole & determined it was my responsibility to fix. County water agency diagnosed the fix, a 90 degree plastic elbow that needed to be replaced. I Called Jimmy. At the end of the day, Jimmys co-worker responded, looked in the hole & agreed same diagnosis as county. Co-worker went to the store to get the part, cut the old piece out, installed & glued new piece. Actual labor took approximately 10 minutes. Co-worker than sat in his truck for approximately 1 hour & talked on the phone before driving away. Jimmy charges me $400.

County agency responds back out to inspect the work at which time they approve the fix. County worker asks me who did the work, I tell him Flowrite. He then asks me how much did they charge, I tell him $400. County worker responds with a surprised look & tells me I got gouged on that deal.

I call Jimmy back & tell him what the County worker said. Jimmy gets irritated with the County worker & starts justifying to me why I'm being charged $400.

Summary: Jimmy is knowledgeable experienced, & does good work. After checking with other plumbers, the $15 in parts & 10 minutes it took to fix the leak in my front yard should have been a $125 to $150 service call. I gave Jimmy a chance to make the situation right at which time he made excuses.

Ohh & guess who got to fill in the hole & do all the clean up work.....me.

I had a problem with my gas line in the attic.Aaron came out and, not only fixed the problem, but he inspected and fixed minor issues with my HVAC.His knowledge and skills make him a great example of why I will rave about Bonney to all of my aquaintences.

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.
