Our kitchen sink began backing up this weekend. We tried every simple thing we could to clear it, but the clog was deep in the pipes. While googling how to clear a deep clog, the name Zoom Drain popped up. The website said they were fast and efficient at exactly what we needed; a cleared drain pipe. I submitted an inquiry online, and much to my surprise they had availability right away (availability shows on the website….which is so helpful for planning my day). Someone from Zoom Drain called and left me a voicemail (I was busy putting the sink back together) and followed up with a text. I text back asking for any time slot today. I got an instant response with my preferred time that I had selected on the website. The technician (Kyle) text me when they were half an hour away from my home. Arrived on time and ready to work. I was given a quote within minutes. This quote never changed and that is what I paid at the end. The technician brought in the heavy duty auger and got to work. Our blockage was deep to the sewer line, but he got it cleared! I paid extra for the enzyme treatments to prevent this from happening again. Kyle was fantastic through the whole process. I could not be happier with how this whole process turned out. I was stressed over the plumbing and Zoom Drain made that stress go away. Thank you so much! Responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, provided reasonable bid, and did a very good job! Very nice team who work efficiently, are knowledgable, and kept me informed as the job proceeded. I am so thankful for this team. I had a very bad plumbing emergency today and John came immediately this morning to work on it. John and Tom both were extremely kind and professional throughout it. I was having a bad day already and then the toilet began to leak. It just got worse. I cannot emphasize how thankful i am that John and Tom was able to come out and put so much hard work into the situation. They spend a lot of time and made sure everything was fixed before leaving. Definitely my superheroes today! Highly recommend

Getting work done on our new residence before move-in. Jeff was very friendly and professional. He got there on time and went to work. He went through the home inspector's report and fixed the immediate repair items needed quickly and with minimum fuss. He also provided us with quotes for some work we might do later.
Would recommend.

Unfortunately it took Domco 30 days over four visits to my house to simply replace a kitchen and bathroom faucet supplied by myself. The technician first came and replaced the kitchen faucet but connected the hot and cold water incorrectly and didn’t get to the bathroom faucet.
On the next visit the tech switched the hot and cold but still couldn’t replace the bath faucet.
The third visit the wrong bathroom faucet was replaced even though the tech was told that was the wrong faucet.
Then finally on the fourth visit and after finding a replacement faucet since the tech destroyed the original faucet. They completed the work.

I have asked for a reduction in the amount charged but this company has stated they lost money on the job since the tech they sent out to do the work was so incompetent. I guess that is my fault.

Jim and his colleagues were a great team getting our outdoor sewer line / washout fixed and lined. They were professional and communicated any work that needed to be done. We knew exactly what to expect. Highly recommended for any plumbing needs!

We have a warranty on the house which uses this company. They showed up and refused to fix the issue and wanted us to pay extra to fix an issue due to the original install was not done correctly. Why not just fix the issue and not ask for addition $$. Watch out for this company!

The item was originally installed by a different company. Now this company is trying to indicate it wasn’t so that they could get more business.
