Ended up with an open permit and scammed by this company. Lucky they caught us on a back week where we were stressed and had too much going on to be able to find an actual honest plumbing company. Overcharged but I recommend y'all look up Rooter Hero Lawsuit to see that this isn't new. Wouldn't be surprised if it were to happen to them again in the future.Also extremely unprofessional because when asked to explain why they were charging damn near $6k for a job other companies were quoting about $2k for they just showed us other jobs they were doing with customer names addresses and amounts owed and told us it was normal.TLDR:-Bad company with a history of dishonesty.-Will definitely overcharge you for any work done

Was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get someone out here on a Friday night to address my plumbing needs, but Ben Poole was there to the rescue. Will use Ace plumbing in the future!

From beginning to end, Steve and David were amazing! I called early morning, but they got me an appointment right away, were very nice to deal with, showed up promptly, and worked quickly. I had a water leak under the sink and couldn't identify the source. Since I purchased the house 3 years ago, I've had a disposal installed and a friend do some minor adjustments -- the leak seemed to get worse not better.

Alvin came out, assessed the situation, and identified the issue. He not only gave a hourly estimate in advance, he estimated the time it usually takes to complete the job. He came the same day -- lucky for me because he just finished a big job and had time. When the job was finished, he offered a lower price based on the 'job' rather than an hourly rate. How great is that? Receipt was even in my inbox before he left the house :-)

Alvin was .... excellent! He was down to earth, professional, exceptionally skilled giving tips and education and simply pleasant. He is clearly experienced 'old school', doing things right the first time. His prices were fair -- there was no 'up-selling'. I will definitely keep his card handy for any future needs.
