I highly recommend Martin for your HVAC needs. He helped solve a challenging furnace situation at my parent's house and honestly went above and beyond on every level. He has fantastic communication. He also showed genuine concern for my parent's welfare. He is definitely someone you can trust to come into yours or a loved one's home. He also demonstrated that he really knows his craft. He is not going to recommend unnecessary repairs or costly replacements.

Best plumber we’ve ever worked with!

Our water heater had a major leak. We called VanGo Rooter who was very professional and prompt. After explaining our water heater leak problem over the phone, VanGo Rooter sent Paul to assess the problem. Paul was very professional and explained what the issue was. We knew our water heater was too old and needed to be replaced. Paul confirmed that the water heater needed to be replaced due to the tank having a big hole at the bottom caused by rust and deteriorating water heater tank. Paul was able to replace our water heater the same day. We are very satisfied and happy with Paul. We will definitely use VanGo Rooter for future plumbing issues.

WOW! We are so happy with DOMCO Plumbing! We woke up to both toilets not flushing early on a Saturday morning. I just had surgery and couldn't easily leave house to use a facility anywhere else! Talk about stress! The dispatcher woman was so pleasant. She was confident as to what the problem was-the price was reasonable. She told me could have someone there within hour or so. Eric called me to tell me he was on his way, and showed up promptly (only an hour after I called). He was so thorough, honest, persistent, explained everything to us about the problem and possible future problems and solutions, and was just a decent guy. He absolutely would not give up until our problem was solved and charged the original quoted price. ( I have used the other big plumbing company B a few years ago and the guy was sarcastic, did a poor job-installation leaked, and the owner called him every five minutes to tell him to hurry up!) I WILL ALWAYS CALL DOMCO PLUMBING AND TELL ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN TO CALL THEM TOO. This will be easy since I work in a grocery store and I talk to a lot of people! Thank you so much DOMCO and Eric.

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.

TERRIBLE PEOPLE. I recommend using other companies as they are not trustworthy at all. Horrible people, horrible company. They say one thing and do another. If I could give less then one star I would. Dont waste your money!
