I highly recommend Martin for your HVAC needs. He helped solve a challenging furnace situation at my parent's house and honestly went above and beyond on every level. He has fantastic communication. He also showed genuine concern for my parent's welfare. He is definitely someone you can trust to come into yours or a loved one's home. He also demonstrated that he really knows his craft. He is not going to recommend unnecessary repairs or costly replacements.

I had a water leak under the sink and couldn't identify the source. Since I purchased the house 3 years ago, I've had a disposal installed and a friend do some minor adjustments -- the leak seemed to get worse not better.

Alvin came out, assessed the situation, and identified the issue. He not only gave a hourly estimate in advance, he estimated the time it usually takes to complete the job. He came the same day -- lucky for me because he just finished a big job and had time. When the job was finished, he offered a lower price based on the 'job' rather than an hourly rate. How great is that? Receipt was even in my inbox before he left the house :-)

Alvin was .... excellent! He was down to earth, professional, exceptionally skilled giving tips and education and simply pleasant. He is clearly experienced 'old school', doing things right the first time. His prices were fair -- there was no 'up-selling'. I will definitely keep his card handy for any future needs.

Patience, kindness and professionalism is was what I took away from my encounter with Drew and Zoom Draining 12/12/2020. I was calling on behalf of my senior parents who discovered a water leak under their kitchen sink. Drew informed that with the information I gave him I probably would need just a regular plumber. Zoom Drain was still willing to come out to give a free estimate. After further conversation with my dad I found out that this issue probably would be covered under his home warranty. So I called Drew and let him know that we would not be in need of their services at this time and do you know what Drew's reaction was? He was happy that my parents had coverage to get the services they needed. He told me if we were ever in need if any services to please call. I will recommend Zoom Drain to everyone. Brendan Wood was the tech sent, and his professional and personal opinion were greatly appreciated. Brenden was extreamly helpfull. He represents his company well with clear communication,professionalism and customer service. We recently moved in to an older home (built in 1914), so the first thing we knew we needed to replace were the pipes and water heater. Dave immediately impressed me upon our first meeting and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. One of our main concerns was being without water for too long, and he made sure that the job was done quickly, but correctly...and ensured that we had water each evening when we returned from work. We love new pipes and the the tankless system, and he was even able to replace the drain pipes that were not part of the initial estimate while he was here. I would highly recommend Dave for his professionalism, speed, and attention to detail.

Domco plumbing did an excellent job clearing our main sewer line. The Domco technician Eric used a hydro jet to clear our 300 foot main line. Before he started work, Eric asked me about the problem in order to understand it clearly. After he was done with the job, he made sure that the water was flowing all the way to the street.

In addition to doing great work, Domco was also the least expensive hydro jet service that serves the citrus heights area. I highly recommend this company.

He is a joke. He is overpriced. Not knowledgeable like he thinks he is. He talks disrespectfully about other plumbers work in front of customers (me). That is unprofessional. I do not Recommend him at all. Scammer. Thief. Bad manners. Rude. That about sums it up. Water heater went out after a couple weeks. I called someone else who is actually knowledgeable to fix it this time.

Nathan arrived on time. A very personable and professional young man. He was thorough checking out my tankless hot water heater. I will certainly use this company again.
