On a Friday afternoon at 4:00 we discovered a water leak by our main. We called the water district to shut off the water and then Sac Plumbing. Jose was out Saturday morning to access the issue and provide an estimate. Jose and Anthony worked until 9:00pm to ensure we had water for our Sunday holiday gathering. They saved the day! They were completely professional, keeping us updated with the issues they were finding. Sac Plumbing will always be our go to for plumbing. Great job!

I called at 4 pm on a Friday for a property I manage with a water heater that had started flooding the house. Victor was very helpful in finding a plumber that was willing to work after hours to accommodate the urgent issue. He was able to get a plumber at the house within 30 minutes of my phone call. Da'Marus was beyond professional and helped to quickly get the water to stop flooding by adding a drainage line to the water heater that was in desperate need of replacement. This water heater was installed inside one of the built in kitchen cabinets, so it was no easy task to get it replaced. Da'Marus returned to the property and continued to work an additional 6 hours to get the water heater replaced and up to code. I highly recommend Rapid First for their timeliness to address urgent issues, their quality of communication and their employees and technicians going the extra mile when this property manager was in desperate need. Best plumbing company in Sacramento!

We highly, HIGHLY recommend Domco Plumbing!! We had a somewhat unique kitchen configuration with two island sinks and a butler sink, all with disposals. Plus a bathroom and laundry downstream. We called Domco and Brandon came out to take a look. Brandon used his super knowledge to troubleshoot the system and quickly resolve the issue! We also got a chance to speak with Dom the owner who is an absolute professional. Domco is THE BEST and we recommend to look no further and call Domco right away!

As always, technician was extremely personal and professional. Knew exactly what I wanted done. Gave a couple of tips. Very pleased.

Called Absolute and got them out right away. They swapped out the water heater and all is well. Used them in the past and will continue using them.

I booked through our home insurance. It took three days to get a message that I had to book an appointment through Advanced Plumbing directly. I got an appointment about a week out for 3/16. The tech that was supposed to come out today, 3/16, had personal issues so he could not make it. Their fault right? Best they could do was reschedule another week out on 03/23. You would think they would try to accommodate by offering after hours service because it was their problem that they could not make it or get me a next day appointment. Nope, you go to the back of the dispatch line. They didn’t even ask what the issue was. Called the home warranty company and tried to get another company. I guess all the plumbers were busy as the person I talked to said there were no earlier appointments.

Tech was supposed to be there between 0900 - 1100. When I asked for a status, he had problems with his vehicle and would be on his way. I got an email and call saying he was on his way and a link to a tracker. The tracker showed he wasn't moving. When I called almost half an hour later, he was getting gas and he was 40 minutes out. He finally arrived and said the repairs done earlier hadn't been adjusted correctly and he corrected them. About an hour after he left, we noticed the problem started again.

We cancelled the renewal on our policy with the home insurance company and signed on with another insurance company. The new company allows use to choose a tech if we aren't comfortable with who they dispatch as long as the company is licensed and bonded.

But we wanted the toilet fixed. We called our home insurance company and they said they were still liable since the work wasn't completed while our policy was in effect. We were given a 04/01 1 - 4pm appointment.

Update: Advanced Plumbing was scheduled today, 04/01 between 1 and 4 pm. We received a call at 2:19 saying the tech was running behind and would be late. Not a problem. Received another call at 15:44 that the tech wouldn't be able to make it because the call ran long. Next available appointment will be 04/06 from 10 - 1. This is the second time they rescheduled and the reschedule date is a week of. When they can't make an appointment, you go back into the dispatch queue as if it is a new call. Their excuse: They are a plumbing business. I guess that means: they don't care, they don't have to.
