I was scrolling, looking for a plumbing service and came across Rooter hero plumbing spoke with the guy name, Eric he came out and was very professional very knowledgeable and reasonable. I would recommend using them anytime very good quality work was very pleased. He did it in a timely manner and check to make sure everything else was working properly and had no other leaks or future problems. Thanks really appreciate it

I called VanGo to have a part replaced in my commercial water heart. The technician showed up and started cutting/ taking things apart. The workmanship was rough on the water heater, and he was having a hard time removing a small crew even. 20 minute into the work he said it cannot be done and I will need a new water heater then left. My water heater was left more broken than it was before. His manager called later and said he would stop by to take a look. But never showed up or returned my calls.

OMG! They saved the Day!!! We decided to change the shower head and hot/cold nob and recaulk the bathroom before guest come this week. The shower head went as planned but the hot/cold lever was broken. My husband got it off but couldn't get the broken part out that was stuck in the copper pipe. We had the water shut off for hours already but we couldn't turn the water back on because water was coming out of the wall. Here it is Sunday late afternoon. Who do we call? We went down the list and Ken Stephenson of All Sacramento Plumbing was 20 minutes away!! He arrived, saw what he was up against and then left for Home Depot down the street from us. They were out of the parts and so he drove to Power Inn Home Depot. He found what he needed and got back to us. He got the job done and was on his way! Thank You for being there when we needed you! Your service and price was unbelievable. Thank You so much!

I am very impressed with the service. Their customer service is excellent. Their plumbers are knowledgeable and professional, and prices are fair. I trust them. I had called another local plumbing company who came and took pictures, but I never heard from them again. I assume they were not up to the task.
