Zero Stars is what this organization deserves. When I scheduled the appointment I was clear we had the parts on hand already purchased from our regular plumber, however he was ill. I scheduled to have one shower value replaced and a Kohler faucet cartridge replaced. First I was told the technician would arrive around 2pm, he showed up at 4pm. The technician showed up without ANY boot covers which is so unprofessional. I gave him boot covers and then discussed the work to be performed. He immediately said he had no knowledge that the parts were on hand and likely the price would not change. He came back after running his estimates with a price of $800!!!$400 to replace a shower valve and $400 to replace only one cartridge in our faucet. This company is so unprofessional and clearly wants to price gauge people. BEWARE.

Our water heater had a major leak. We called VanGo Rooter who was very professional and prompt. After explaining our water heater leak problem over the phone, VanGo Rooter sent Paul to assess the problem. Paul was very professional and explained what the issue was. We knew our water heater was too old and needed to be replaced. Paul confirmed that the water heater needed to be replaced due to the tank having a big hole at the bottom caused by rust and deteriorating water heater tank. Paul was able to replace our water heater the same day. We are very satisfied and happy with Paul. We will definitely use VanGo Rooter for future plumbing issues.

Ken responded to our call on a Saturday morning when our sewer line was completely backed up. When he couldn't find the problem right away, he charged me nothing for the call and came back on Sunday to figure it out. He was straight forward with all the repair options and prices, and was really great to work with. Will definitely use him again!

I had called another local plumbing company who came and took pictures, but I never heard from them again. I assume they were not up to the task. We had a YIKES this morning when my wife found 4 foot snake skin dangling from the laundry room ceiling. I sent Dave a photo and he identified it immediately as a harmless rat snake. Dave knows his stuff.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain. I saw Zoom Drain on Google with good reviews, so I wanted to try it. Zoom Drain called 15 minutes ahead and letting me know a tech. was on his way. Technician Kyle Thorp arrived . Very polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable of how the kitchen sink pipe works. He explained the pricing which was affordable. He went ahead and started working . He updated me on his progress. He unclogged the drain in which I believe was in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this tech and this company if you have any sewer and drainage issues. I would use this company again.

It has now taken two years for Jeff's Plumbing to fix leaks in my condos. Not the best plumber's.
