I had an emergency the other day, when an old water pipe in my yard burst, and I had a torrent of water being sprayed into the air, from an old abandoned sprinkler line. I had the City shut off my water,then I called Ace for two reasons: 1)I had used them before several years ago to do some pipe repair in my bathroom, and 2) because they are local, and I figured they would be much more reasonably-priced than places that advertize heavily, such as Bonney Plumbing.

Lupe came out the same day I called. I explained what was going on, and he quickly assessed the situation, and re-did my faucet so as to eliminate unnecessary T intersections that led to old abandoned pipe. I then asked him if he would have time to fix a leaking shower faucett, and he did. The overall price was very reasonable. Lupe's manner was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Ace Plumbing to anybody who needs professional plumbing done.

Been a customer for years. Today, Tony was taking the day off but when I called, he dropped everything and came over to help me get my hot water back on due to an issue with the pilot light. I will use him for any water heater or plumbing issues I need.

Showed up on time, the technician that came was Jesse and he was professional and respectful. The price was reasonable. We've had a few other technicians in the past, but no one was better than Jesse.

We used Figs Plumbing and we regret it. Daniel did not meet contract agreement. They installed bathtub, toilet and vanity. They failed to connect the vanity sink drain and it started leaking. He did not show up for couple days to connect it properly. We set appointment a week out to have tub shower door installed. We paid him the contract ageement amount which I wrote on check that it included the shower door istall and he then changed his mind and said it would be double what he originally agreed to. We decided to move forward and he calls the night before and stated we needed to find someone else to install it. He recommended a guy to install tile and the tile guy left areas without grout and medal framing not seated. Portions are not level and parts sticking out where someone could actually get cut.

Sacramento Repipe and plumbing is the best plumbing company around. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services in the Sacramento area.

Michael Williams came to unplug multiple clogged outdoor drains that caused some flooding during a heavy storm on NYE. The service was expensive and I’ve never had this service before so I can’t speak to whether or not the $2500 I paid was high or competitive. I approved the Hydro-Jetting Service to clear out the drains which involved special equipment coming in from Sacramento. Another man came to help Mr. Williams and I don’t remember his name. Mr. Williams texted me to have me come out and see what they were doing, so I would be aware of what is coming out of the drains. He also had several helpful tips for preventing future clogs, and how to make the underground drainage as good as possible. He also took extra time to run water through the most problematic drains to make sure they were clear and operating well. I appreciated this very much as this area has another heavy storm on its way. Mr. Williams was very good about answering all of my questions and was very careful with the property. When mud, leaves, rocks, and a root flushed out of the drain the sidewalk was a mess. Mr. Williams cleaned up all the debris from the sidewalk. The overall service was excellent.

Needed some work done on my water heater, and some plumbing in the bathroom and 2 different techs came out to provide the services. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable, the cost was reasonable, and the jobs were done in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend this small, family oriented company that gives a personal touch as opposed to the chain companies most people are inclined to call.

The pressure valve on the house side from the water main went out. We woke up on Saturday of a 3 day weekend with no water. I called, someone came out same day, and fixed it for a very reasonable price considering. Beyond just that, the work done was exceptional. The tech pointed out the water shutoff ball valve had gone bad. There was PVC between the ball valve and pressure valve. The tech replaced it all, cleaned everything up, and used all copper. Super clean job, high attention to detail and quality work. I'm passing their info on to all our neighbors. I'd give 10 stars if it was possible!

R/R heating air conditioning system this call was for shower valve leaking. Quoted job on Friday job scheduled for following Monday.

ALD team is friendly, punctual, and most importantly know what they are doing. All other plumbing businesses I called turned me down due to lack of right equipment to locate the leak. ALD is one stop for all plumbing and repairs. Pipe leak repaired in under four hours! One area they need to work on is answering phone calls; however they have high call volumes because they are highly reliable and popular (so can’t blame them for this). If I ever need plumbing needs again, ALD is at the top of the list.
