Thanksgiving morning started with clogged drains in 3 bathrooms and the laundry room. A local plumber had no technicians available and recommended Zoom. Maurice came out in uniform and asked questions about what we were experiencing and looked at the outside clean out drains. He clearly explained what we were seeing and the options available for correcting the problem. He took drain pictures to show the finished project and cleaned up thoroughly. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased by the professionalism and knowledge Rollin had re: plumbing maintenance and inspections he performed. I had a thumping and knocking sound from my toilet and around the top of my water heater. He explained various reasons why this would occur, inspected each knob under the sinks and behind the toilet and discovered the problem. I decided to renew my membership with Bonnie Plumbing because the plumbing and maintenance technicians simply do good work.

I hope he was just having a bad day coz if not, then I would say don't trust this guy! I did my due diligent work of troubleshooting my problem and google and youtube had suggested that my thermocouple needs to be replaced. I called this company and inquired for how much it will cost to replace that part and I was told that they have to send a service technician to verify the problem first. Next day, Carlos came within the service window time frame and he dressed and acted professional. I led him to the water heater unit and I tried to explain what's going on, what I have done to try to lit the starter flame, but I did not share my assessment of the problem yet. He then opened his binder and started writing a work estimate in the amount of $600+. He then suggested that I was better off replacing the unit so I asked how much that would be and he said about $3K. I then asked why he would say better replace when repairing is 1/5 of the cost. He quipped by saying that it will keep on breaking. He can fix it now and be broken again the next day or the next month. I found the whole thing absurd and him a little shady so I told him that I would like to think it over first. He then said that I will be charged for the service visit. I questioned him about it. I'm the person that would not deny somebody's earnings but I felt that he did not really do anything. He did not even troubleshoot anything. He did not even try/test any. Didn't touch the gas valve, the pipes, the pilot, NOTHING. So i did not see any service provided, only a visit. I even asked him that! And his response was that he doesn't need to touch anything. He said that he has been doing this for so long that by looking at it, he knows what the problem is. WHATEVER!!! Anyway, I refused to pay the service so he said he will waive and provide me a free estimate instead. I'm no handyman so I called my handyman who knows a little plumbing and sent him videos of the DIY thermocouple and asked if he can fix it. He charged me $120. He fixed it in an hour, i gave him $140 plus a beer. Problem solved. By the way, before he started repairing it, he did try to figure out first if some of the parts were ok. He checked the valve and even try to start the pilot light. I was right, just replacing the thermocouple fixed the problem and not the whole pilot unit. Thank God I saved myself some $2800+

Had Bonney Plumbing give me an estimate of $1200 to fix a simple repair. Thank God I called Miracle Plumbing! Charles was extremely nice and came right away to check out the problem and quickly gave me a much lower estimate. The repair was done quickly and the whole process was easy and I will definitely be calling them again for all my plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater leaked and needed to be replaced. I wanted to make sure our new unit is Made in the USA - thankfully, Paul made a visit to my home on Super Bowl Sunday, assessed the issue and reassured me that they only installed American-made heaters (Bradford White); which is rare these days. Jeff D., our installer, came the following morning, on time, and replaced our old unit with a new one. Couldn’t be happier with their service, professionalism and cleanliness! Job well-done!

I usually don't write reviews but the service I received was exceptional. I was having a constant problem with sewer flies coming-out of the shower. I called Millennium plumbing and the owner was out first thing in the morning.He crawled under my house and took several pictures of pipes that obviously been leaking for a long time. He was very informative and gave me his recommendations and offered several options.The price for the job was very reasonable compared to other bids.The job was completed efficiently, he hauled all the pipe away and the job site was left spotless. What really caught my attention was that he was very transparent and sincere. I will gladly refer Millennium Plumbing to everyone I meet.

Definitely 5 stars. I had an urgent (to me) situation involving a previous plumbing company not doing the job right. I had 1day off. I called quite a few plumbing companies and Super Mario was quick to respond, actually accommodated my schedule. My service technician was awesome! Timely, professional ,personable and most importantly... He did an excellent job! Going to recommend to my friends and family!

I would not recommend this company for tankless water heater service. They botched a diagnosis and repair of my tankless water heater, taking 8 service calls to figure out what was wrong with my heater, at one point they told me I had to replace the heater. Turns out the electrical control box was faulty and needed to be replaced.After almost $1,000 in parts and labor, they finally figured out what was wrong. One star since they were mostly pleasant despite the frustrating experience.
