I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. Patience, kindness and professionalism is was what I took away from my encounter with Drew and Zoom Draining 12/12/2020. I was calling on behalf of my senior parents who discovered a water leak under their kitchen sink. Drew informed that with the information I gave him I probably would need just a regular plumber. Zoom Drain was still willing to come out to give a free estimate. After further conversation with my dad I found out that this issue probably would be covered under his home warranty. So I called Drew and let him know that we would not be in need of their services at this time and do you know what Drew's reaction was? He was happy that my parents had coverage to get the services they needed. He told me if we were ever in need if any services to please call. I will recommend Zoom Drain to everyone. This company did not hesitate to send a repair person for an estimate and the next day with proper parts he cane back and the bath/shower was repaired and my water back on.
I would use them again and pray you have the same experience.

The gas control valve on our water heater stopped working. We went to the Bradford White website and found a list of contracted plumbers. Golden Valley Plumbing was one of them. We found some great reviews on Yelp, so we decided to give them a call. Val made everything extremely easy from getting a quote, scheduling an appointment, ordering and getting the part, arriving on time, and doing everything in a timely manner. Affordable option. Excellent service and attitude. Would definitely recommend his business services.

Just rude and mean folks

Rooney's did a spectacular job handling the plumbing aspect of our bathroom remodel. We live in an old home and the plumbers encountered a number of weird issues -- they even found a flannel shirt in the wall behind the bathtub! They powered through, worked around any delays, and solved problems on the spot. They were on-time, polite and thoughtful, and the bill matched the estimate. Can't ask for much more than that. Would recommend.

As a single-family home builder, I requested that they come out and put a hydrant on an empty piece of land for me. They provided me with a fair quotation, arrived on time, and completed the work well.

We hired Blaine and his company a couple of years ago to install an Ice Machine in our breakroom and a water line to the rear of our warehouse.

Update from 03/28/23 - We had an emergency service call where we had a sewage smell all over our office. I called Shields plumbing right away and They were able to have a tech out the same day to find the problem! This one was the neighbor who had a clean-out left open. None the less, very responses and professional. Great job Shields Plumbing!

I called this company to come check the plumbing under my house and cable my shower drains. He said that under the house was fine and was unable to remove the screws from the shower drain to cable it. My husband removed the screws in 10 seconds. I called a different company for the under the house issue. Turns out there is a major problem. I will no longer give this company my business

I had a water leak start in my house on a Sunday morning. I had to shut the water off, which meant I was out of water until the source of the leak was found and fixed. I called around a few other big name plumbing companies but couldn't get anyone out until Monday. I found McDonald plumbing at the BBB website with an A+ rating. Eduardo was at my house within a few hours of my call. He quickly found the leak and had it repaired, so the water was back on. Eduardo was efficient, friendly and experienced. I will be a return customer to this company for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.
