Sacramento Repipe does exceptional work! We bought a new home that needed to be 100% repiped due to dreaded KITEC plumbing. The owner, Dave, gave us a quote during our investigation period and when we closed, I called him up and he fit us in on the schedule immediately as I explained we were trying to move into our home ASAP. All throughout the process, Dave was big on communication and you can tell he is super passionate about his work, his positive energy is infectious! From start to finish, Dave walked us through each step, so we understood exactly what they were doing, he patiently answered all of our questions, and he and his crew kept the house neat and clean thru the whole job. They were respectful and they made the process very easy, we are so happy we didn’t turn down our home due to the plumbing. If you find you are in the same situation, we highly recommend Dave and Sacramento Repipe! Our house is now repiped and passed inspection and we feel so relieved. Called in the morning for an unexpected garbage disposal replacement. Had an afternoon appointment. Travis and Jay were courteous, professional and explained the process.

Matt and Mark installed out new duct work on June 15-16. Both were very professional and polite. They took care to keep our carpets clean and then cleaned up after the work was completed. We were very satisfied with this experience. We would definitely be happy to have these two men work in our home again.

Bill and Codey have done a few jobs for me. They are always on time and communicate everything very well. From start to finish I know what's going on and how they tackle the issues. Its hard to find a good plumber but to find a great one is even harder. Five stars for all 6 jobs they have done for me...

We use American River Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. George is always professional. We highly recommend George for any of your plumbing issues. This is at least the fourth time he has come to our rescue. You don't realize how important it is to have a reliable, dependable and timely person answer the phone when you have an emergency. Too bad there are only five stars to give. We would have given him ten.

I have had this company out 3 times for my water heater. The first time they came out they replaced the most common cause of the water heater going out. Understandable, but still wouldn’t stay lit. Second time was to see what was wrong and order the part. Almost 3 weeks later after my water heater going out, they come and replace the gas control unit in front, what they didn’t do is put the pilot ignition switch back onto it because “the bracket wasn’t the right one.” I looked in the bag of parts and there is the correct new bracket that is supposed to be used that, under my impression, they didn’t want to bother installing. So they left it dangling. So when I go to try and restart the pilot light I will sometimes get shocked doing so. Needless to say this is a hazard in itself and the corners they cut are a definite safety concern. There are also other new parts that they didn’t replace in the bag. As well, they forgot to even turn the water valve back on before they left. If they can’t pay attention to detail I don’t want them to work on anything anymore. Definitely would stay away from this company as they seem to not do a job professional and fully.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
