We called Rooter Hero when our kitchen sink pipes backed up, and we’re so glad we did! They arrived within an hour of my call for help. Israel was awesome and quickly assessed what was needed to fix our issue. He gave us a fair price quote and included a senior discount for my dad. He called for backup and the needed equipment and had everything fixed within 2 hours! We will definitely call Rooter Hero if we ever have plumbing issues again!

My family and I lost our home to an electrical fire and have been in the process of rebuilding. Mike was a breath of fresh air. Finally someone who returns your call, shows up as discussed and is absolutely competitive in his pricing. They installed completely new copper plumbing throughout our home, drains, vents, all of it (he's also the only plumber that I had met with that didn't flinch when I said I didn't want pex ,especially since the house is gutted and accessible in all areas). Mike and his crew's work was absolutely impeccable, tight clean runs etc. An absolute pleasure to find someone that obviously takes pride in their workmanship. I have an old house with crazy plumbing, and the good folks at R Box not only answered my panicked text late at no light, they also showed up the next day, fixed the issue, did some detective work and made helpful suggestions on what work needed to be done and what did not. The price was very reasonable and I appreciate not being “upsold” on services. I am so grateful for their help and would highly recommend this company!

We used Figs Plumbing and we regret it. Daniel did not meet contract agreement. They installed bathtub, toilet and vanity. They failed to connect the vanity sink drain and it started leaking. He did not show up for couple days to connect it properly. We set appointment a week out to have tub shower door installed. We paid him the contract ageement amount which I wrote on check that it included the shower door istall and he then changed his mind and said it would be double what he originally agreed to. We decided to move forward and he calls the night before and stated we needed to find someone else to install it. He recommended a guy to install tile and the tile guy left areas without grout and medal framing not seated. Portions are not level and parts sticking out where someone could actually get cut.

Steven was polite and courteous. He was very thorough and explained procedures along the way. We were extremely satisfied and impressed with Steven's work ethic and perseverance in completing our sewer issues.

Terrible service. They kept canceling my appointments and had a few no shows. One of the technicians called me at 2 a.m. in the morning. They came two times and fixed nothing. Charged my home warranty $175 for a diagnostic. Look elsewhere!
