Great job on changing out my water heater. Delivered & removed water heater, job was done in a reasonable amount of time with everything up to code. Price was great under $1000! Glad I found a honest & reasonable plumber!

I called at 9:15pm and service tech James showed up less than an hour later(10 pm)and took care of clogged main in a timely manner. I was very pleased with his attitude and professionalism. I will definitely use Roto Hero again.

Alvin called and arrived on time to provide a quote to install a bathtub. On the day of the job, he called to say he was on the way and ARRIVED ON TIME! I had an under the slab leak in my apartment building. I liked that when I called, Jeff answered, not an answering service or voicemail system. I was able to describe problem, and he gave me solutions to try to fix the problem before he came out. I was impressed he did that when others I called just said they would come out for a fee and give an estimate. When he did the work, it was quickly and professionally done. He even had his crew help this elderly couple replace their furniture.

In the end, the cost of the whole service was less than his estimate. How often does that happen!

Hope I don't, but I will definitely call Jeff's Plumbing, Inc if I ever have a need again!!!

They are sitting on water heater repair issue for 21 days. Response is pathetic. They have no clue. The lady on the phone does not the status of when the repair will happen and the so called supervisor is absent all the time

I had the occasion to have Advanced plumbing replace a hot water heater through a home warranty company. The initial installation had some flaws and was tagged by the building inspector for one issue. I voiced my concern to Advanced and the company sent Chris out to the job. It was apparent that as soon as Chris arrived and saw the job, I knew he was very skilled and knowledgeable. He spent several hours on the project and corrected the deficiencies.
