I have used First Response Plumbing for years for my rental properties. Always quick to respond and handle any issue I have including emergency issues.

Alexander Perez, the technician who responded to our emergency, is a superhero and he is also very professional and a genuinely kind person. My hot water shower faucet was gushing and would not turn off. He actually had just sprained his ankle very badly but still came out very late at night and took care of it. The sweet woman who answered my call is also a superstar! (Sorry I’ve forgotten her name but I was stressed 😬)I cannot recommend this company highly enough!Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼

Before I leave a less-than-four star I like to give a company the chance to fix it. I had numerous concerns and contacted the GM Scott. He said he'd talk to the technician. Shortly after the technician, Jessie, showed up at my door angry. We discussed my concerns, some of which were misunderstandings, until he accused me of just wanting work for free. I let him that was not the case, the check was written, and this exchange was completely inappropriate.

I called Scott back and said I understood there were some misunderstandings, but I thought it was inappropriate to send the technician to talk to me when I called him. Scott said they'd gone above and beyond for me and I should just pay, shake hands, and go our separate ways. Wow.

I paid the $915, and my three-star review is now a one-star review. To summerize: Ace is prompt, but Armstrong plumbing was able to complete the inspection I paid Ace $185. (Jessie theroized they have different sized cameras.) I'll never know if the additional work I paid Ace for was necessary. Also, it doesn't appear Ace isn't BBB accredited.

I found Larry’s plumbing through thumbtack. They were quick to respond and provide the service. I reached out on Sunday and the service was done by Monday evening. Amit, the tech, was very professional. He was on-time and at no point I felt pressured for any additional unnecessary work. He took the time to explain the issue to me and even gave pointers on general drain maintenance. Highly recommend!

This is the best plumbing service we have ever received! We highly recommend to everyone :) Our water heater went out and they came and repaired it so quickly, then stayed to give us some input on other plumbing issues we will need to fix in the future. We will be calling them again!

The technician from 1st Plumbing Davis did an excellent job getting the water heater back up and running. He took the time to explain everything he was doing so that I could understand. Not only did I get a repair but also an education on how the equipment worked. It was a great learning experience as well. I highly recommend this company!!

Alvin came out and handled a wax ring replacement for my toilet. Very professional and knowledgeable guy. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

Ram stuck with a difficult problem until it was resolved.

The plumber was wonderful! Very attentive and precise! Able to unclog a kitchen drain without having to hack into the pipes.

$605 for a simple garbage disposal replacement. Ridiculous.

I personally worked with Mike I am experienced plumber and remodeling since 1989… he made me to finish weeks job by my self giving me no helpers… the only helper he giving me that they have no experience and mostly just left Jail looking for job… he isn’t screening any of new employees to go for helping…. Because they work cheap and he didn’t pay my cost paid for materials and labors for 3 big jobs close to 20k … 2021 once I find out there is no employee working for him …. Mike always have complaints about who did what for me but he dos t see himself on the mirror… he looks legitimate but he isn’t .Very dishonest person he used me a lot and he lied… … please check his license if he is eligible for remodeling and prove of screening how works in your home. Most of the helper he give me to help me just came out of jail and 2 of then they never seen Mike … none of them had vehicle to come to work I had to go pick them up from there homes more cost to me and at the end he said I have no money to pay you… god is my witness I am telling the truth.

Good plumbing company within Sacramento, and reasonable prices for water heater replacement and pipe installation, repairs.

( Nov 7th 2019 ) I called Jeff's late in the day and the office was already closed but the lady (Sarita...hope i spelled it right) called me from the road and heard the panic in my voice and ensured me that someone would be by no matter how late in the evening it was just to let me know what was going on as it was one of my rental properties and I live out of state. From the initial call to the office to end of the repair these guys ( and ladies ) were beyond magnificent and I will definitely be using them for ALL of my rental properties throughout Sacramento, Woodland and Folsom. Sarita kept in constant contact letting me know everything that was going on and Corey called me to tell me how the repair was going to be done and he was very thorough and cleaned up the area nicely when the job was completed. They kept me from taking a midnight flight home on the 1st day of my vacation with family to oversee a catastrophic dilemma. Sarita sent me pictures of the work being done and Corey worked very efficiently and even checked in with the neighbors who were also affected and cleaned the mess left in their unit as well. This was the most professional, efficient and courteous plumbing staff I have ever encountered in all of my years of owning properties and dealing with these types of issues. This will be my go to company for as long as I have property in the areas they service. Thank you Jeff's.

This company was assigned by my warranty company. My issue was no hot water coming in shower. The technician came from this company, inspected and told that they will order a part and will schedule the appointment to install. After 2 weeks the technician came and replaced the part, technician was ready to leave, I asked him to stay until I test it out. The issue wasn’t fixed. I told him to check. The technician then called few people and didn’t appear confident in the next two steps he asked me to do which would cost me extra expenses.There was no paperwork provided either. The office staff was unprofessional. Another company was able to fix the issue without the need for me to follow the two things that was told by the technician of this company. I saved money and able to take showers now. I do not recommend this company as they were not professional, inexperienced and didn’t commit to fixing the issue.

This is a terrible company which has cost us time and money which we did not need to spend. Their internal communication is almost non-existent, their customer service is terrible, and all of the negative reviews you see on the internet are completely credible.

I have spoken with several agents over the phone identifying what our issue was, all of which said they would leave notes for the technician. The notes included what my issue was, what would be required to complete the job, directions to my house, etc. The technician showed up to our house not having received ANY of these notes, and was completely unprepared. He spent the whole visit discovering what we already told the dispatchers over the phone.

After the visit, we were told we would receive a follow up call to identify next steps. We did not receive that follow up call, and when I called back in, I was told that the solution to the problem was the very thing I identified with very agents before our call. They informed me that these services would be quoted outside of my home warranty.

Had the initial agents communicated with me properly, I would not have scheduled this appointment, and would not have paid my home warranty for the service. They wasted my time and money, and have told me they will refuse the refund I am going to request from my home warranty program.

All in all, this is a terrible company that is walking away with my money without having done anything for me.

UPDATE EDIT: After having 2 additional parties (including the a city technician) both parties have concluded that Advanced Plumbing's diagnosis was flat out incorrect. After attempting to call Advanced Plumbing about this issue their supervisor hung up on me.
