My water expansion tank above my hot water heater sprung a leak and it was 6pm on a week day. I called Ace and they gave me a quote over the phone that was better than the other places I called. The repair guy the sent out (JAMES) not only did a great job but also did it SUPER fast which is awesome since they charge for every 15 mins or service. The total $$ was even less then they quoted me over the phone and as a mom to two kids under 2, I was super happy about that. Thanks again James and Ace Plumbing!

I had a leaking pipe causing drywall damage, and my home warranty company put out a call for an emergency service within 24 hours. These guys responded they would take the call, but then called me and told me they wouldn't have any availability until over a week later, forcing me to go back to the home warranty company to have them re-issue the service request. That's unacceptable, and these guys really need to get their act together.
