Just got my drains cleaned and was very satisfied. The price was so reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. He brought to my attention other issues that may arise BUT he gave me honest alternative ways to solve them and ways I could save money, instead of trying to milk me for my money. I appreciated that so much because I hate being scammed. I will definitely recommend & will be using them again!

These guys cost is thousands of dollars in repairs due to their utter incompetence. My wife and I hired these people to do a simple sewer inspection on the home that we just bought and were in the process of moving into. They told us the sewer was ok to use. Exactly two weeks after we moved in the sewer backed up on us. We had to call another plumbing company to fix the issue. Cost us thousands. We would have never bought the house if they did the job we paid them to do. Once confronted and notified of their incompetence, they got defensive and basically told us to F-off. Currently in process of suing them.

I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. If you're looking for an honest plumber with fair prices look no further. Alvin with Serieux plumbing get's the job done right, in a timely fashion and with a smile. Thank you, Alvin. Our water heater had a major leak. We called VanGo Rooter who was very professional and prompt. After explaining our water heater leak problem over the phone, VanGo Rooter sent Paul to assess the problem. Paul was very professional and explained what the issue was. We knew our water heater was too old and needed to be replaced. Paul confirmed that the water heater needed to be replaced due to the tank having a big hole at the bottom caused by rust and deteriorating water heater tank. Paul was able to replace our water heater the same day. We are very satisfied and happy with Paul. We will definitely use VanGo Rooter for future plumbing issues.

Had them replace my water main and they never finished the job!! .. left a mess of dirt and broken concrete and never followed up to my messages. As of 30 days later , my concrete has not been done ,the shut off handle has a leak , and no response from the Owner Ken .

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.

I had this company dispatched through my home warranty the technician came out diagnosed the unit I waited 2 weeks for parts the part worked for about an hour and stopped working I called the company they were very unprofessional said they were not going to fix it and would not return my money either I don't know who runs this company but this is definitely not the way to do business and I will definitely be contacting the BBB and a lawyer in this matter Thank you and have a great day

Don't waste your time or money. This company is absolutely horrible and very unprofessional. First they gave me a scheduled block from 12pm to 3pm, okay no problem. Didn't show up to my house until 5:10. Also, didnt have the decency to call and inform me that they would be late. Second problem, the tech seemed like he had no clue what he was doing and I was right because my cold water is now hot and my hot water is now cold. Third problem, I call the company to rectify the situation and they gave me the run around about fixing a problem that I didn't have before they showed up at my home 2 hours late. Now I will have to hire another company to fix the initial problem and the problem they created as well dealing with getting my money back from them. Please don't waste your time with this POS company.
