I can't say enough nice things about Sac Plumbing Solutions - specifically Justice and Mike. I called Mike really late in the afternoon with a water heater problem and he was able to send Justice the same day which I wasn't expecting. Justice is a true professional and he does clean and efficient work. Instead of trying to sell me a new water heater he suggested replacing a part and a deep cleaning which should get me another 8 years of use out of my existing unit. The fix worked and within a few hours of calling in I had hot water again. I've already decided that when this unit goes out I will be in touch with Sac Plumbing Solutions to get a tankless unit installed.

Amir was very courteous, called that he would be arriving ahead of schedule, diagnosed the problem within minutes and helped to fix the issue and provide direction how to prevent future issues.

We got 3 quotes from other companies recommending a drain re-route. Val was the most knowledgeable, had the lowest quote, and finished in a single day. I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
