I called this company to come check the plumbing under my house and cable my shower drains. He said that under the house was fine and was unable to remove the screws from the shower drain to cable it. My husband removed the screws in 10 seconds. I called a different company for the under the house issue. Turns out there is a major problem. I will no longer give this company my business

There was no stopping it, luckily after being calmed and assured someone would come out from Pacific Routers hq a very knowledgeable and courteous gentleman arrived fast and fixed the pipes and in less than an hr bam, running water.
