I called Hero for backed up toilet and tub in one of my properties. It was a challenge dealing with the tech, the call center and dispatch. I also asked them to schedule with tenant but kept calling me or the message did not get relayed to the next. They did come out, not sure exactly was done but then schedule to come back out days later. There was no communication as to the issue, what they performed or discovered. A few days later I got a call saying they could not clear with snaking and wanted to offer their second step which is a jet blast for $1500. I felt they were unprofessional, the techs did not do a good job explaining the issue just pushing a second step as they called it. I asked them not to return called Bonney and they came out same day $100 to snake the line, it took a few times but was cleared and they shared via camera where there is a dip and possible building point. Gave a quote to fix but also shared what is needed.

Augus 1, 2014, I called Ace Plumbing and repair around 8:30ish and advised them my air conditioner unit was out since yesterday July 31, 2014. I requested if a technician could come out today and the representative said yes she could have someone out between 9am and 10am. I received a call from the technician Dennis at 9:45am letting me know he would be at my residence at 10am and he was. Dennis detected and ran diagnostics right away and resolved the issue in no time, he replaced the part right away and was on his merry way. I will be following up for a maintenance agreement soon.

If you were having issues with your water heater or plumbing, these are the fellows to call. David was nice professional on time. My water heater died on a Sunday and they were there Monday morning with bells on with a brand new water heater. The price was reasonable it was the lowest of any of the other Quotes I received I would’ve had to wait two or three days to have my old water heater heater replaced with a new one imagine no hot water for two or three days I cannot say enough about this company. Call them first I’d give them 10 stars if I could thanks River city water heater, and plumbing. :)

Alvin was able to get to my house and fix both showers to prevent any further leaks. He is cordial and professional. I highly encourage serieux plumbing if you need your plumbing fixed!

Great service and reliable. Service appointment was quick. A plumber came out and fixed the problem but then later after he left there was a very minor problem. I called Ken, the owner, and he came out and fixed it himself. I gave them 5 stars because the job got done in a timely manner. This company is reasonable and does not overcharge.

I called Jeff's Plumbing to have someone come out and give me an estimate for a gas line. I was rudely asked how many estimates I was going to get. We scheduled for a service member to contact me when they were in my area the next day to obtain an estimate. I recieved no call the next day.

Reliable and efficient

This is Susan, Doug's wife. I ran out of gas in his truck across the street from their business. I had no phone because I had just gone to storage to look for it and couldn't locate it. I also had o'henry, my precious little dog with me and a swollen knee which made it difficult to walk. I walked across Elkhorn Blvd. Very slowly and finally made it to their business . The clerk was very kind in letting me use her personal cell phone since I couldn't use the business phone. She was busy when I finished. I wanted to wait a few minutes to call back to make sure my husband got ahold of someone to come since he had had a stroke recently and wasn't too efficient with the phone and my knee was swelling up and hurting. This other foreign lady came up to the window and said no. This is a service establishment. You can't sit here for a few minutes and I don't know if you can use her phone again (since she was busy I guess). So I hobbled across that busy street again and thankfully my husband was able to get ahold of someone to come rescue me. Very unsympathetic and unfriendly . They made me feel like a homeless person or undesirable. I would never ever use this company.
