Best Need Water Heater Repairs in Sacramento CA

I had first call Aaron on a Sunday morning after Thanksgiving and he answered the phone. I could hear kid's laughing in the background and thought he might be a family man so I thought I'd give him a try. To my surprise he showed up in a few hours later and cleared my blocked kitchen drain. His prices are so affordable compared to the big box companies it's unbelievable. I gave him a big tip, and have had him out a number of times. I had him replace my hall bathtub, showed valve and head, upgrade some plumbing and couldn't be how fair his prices are. I've even had some repairs done at my mom's house (someone I can trust). Sometimes you find someone that is good at what they do and don't try to rip you off. I've found my plumber. I can't say enough about Aaron. I highly recommend his services.

I contacted 5-Star Plumbing after hours for a slow water heater leak coming from the top of the tank. I received a call back later that evening and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Since our water heater is over 12 yrs old, I assumed it needed to be replaced so when the technician (Adam) recommended replacing the corroded pipe fittings rather than replacing the entire water heater, I was pleasantly surprised. After making the necessary repairs, Adam performed a thorough leak check and then proceeded to flush the water tank. Adam recommended performing this preventative maintenance annually and took the time to walk me through the entire procedure (step-by-step). I highly recommend 5-Star Plumbing and commend Adam for his honesty, professionalism and proficiency and for wearing a face mask at all times.

David Ortiz and his crew are outstanding in what they do...re-piping houses. He uses the preferred pipe, Pex A, not Pex B which is not the preferred piping,..David and his men are professionals; you could not ask for a better group of workers in your home.

The service was great and had them out before a couple.of times over thw last couple years, but had an emergency and had to switch out the shower manifold which it only took under 3 hours and a manifold for around say on the high side $100 so 500+ but nope they charged me $825.00 😲, unfortunately had to do it, didn’t have the time to round up all the parts and supplies. O well it works great and we can take showers 👍

Very, very expensive. Be ready to pay $500 for a new faucet. And make sure you're not charged for their time on the phone with other customers (like I was).

I've been using Sac Val for years both for my home and my customers' homes. Each and every time I get professional, quick, and courteous service, and today was no exception. Had the unfortunate experience of the sewer backing up at my own house, and called, within two hours the first guy arrived and then some helpers--Tim, Tim, and Ken. All worked on the two sewer lines I have until all was free and clear. Thanks guys.

Our Noritz water heater was not working. Went to the Noritz website to look for a licensed technician. Sent a request to The Right Guys Plumbing that evening. Momchil responded within the next hour and scheduled for a visit the next day. He showed up on time and did some cleaning to see if that would fix the issue. However, he noticed the control panel was not working properly. Luckily he had an extra item in stock and was able to replace the control panel and configure it to work. In addition, he installed a surge protector to prevent a burn-out from happening in the future. Overall, he was professional, communicative, and just awesome! We got a water heater working again. Highly recommend The Right Guys Plumbing to anyone.

Our sewer line collapsed. Our neighbor, who had used Jeff's Plumbing several times, contacted them. They came the same day for an estimate and began work the next day. The workers were friendly, conscientious, came when they said they would (every day of the 4 days the job took), managed to save all the small trees that were near the sewer line, cleaned the site every day, especially our neighbor's driveway. Jeff's does open replacement, not trenchless. We feel the open replacement has better results in the long run. It was necessary to tunnel under a large tree and Jeff's had to call another company to do that, which resulted in a one day delay. We were billed the bid price, despite the need to call the other company. We are very satisfied in every respect with the work Jeff's Plumbing did. I notice that the poor reviews had poor interactions with the owner and our friend confirmed that he is gruff to deal with. While we didn't deal with him ourselves I feel it is worth putting up with his gruffness because of the excellent work the company does.
