The work was done fairly quickly, but cost us at least 4 times what online estimates said replacing a shower valve should cost. We needed it done though and these guys were available. If I had more time to shop around I would have sought a lower price. We were also left with a giant hole in our wall and the guy said, “we don’t fix the wall.” Then didn’t give us any contacts for someone who might be able to help us with that part. Seems like the job isn’t done if we are left with a gaping hole cut in our drywall. I am now scrambling to try and find someone to fix the wall that the plumber cut open so my house can be back to normal. Plumber was nice, I’m just left feeling like the work was way overpriced and the lack of attention to finish (meaning leaving a huge hole in the wall) is a bummer.

I had a great experience with this company and the installer, Brandon. They came within hours of my call (despite my replacement being preventative/ not emergency), he was professional and worked hard. He did a great job. They were amazing and competitively priced, I would recommend them to anyone. (Installed by Brandon Nelson on 3-5-19)

Flushed out tankless water heater. Employee showed up on time. Was courteous and professional. Gave us a quote before hand. Performed the work timely and accurately. Was a great experience.

The plumber was very personable but not skilled in replacing 4 vanity faucets in my 3 bathrooms. He purchased the faucets from Home Depot rather than a website for plumbers with more inventory so the plungers/sink stoppers don’t operate (opening/closing) on 3 due to custom built granite countertops (even though the old ones operated perfectly). He blamed the construction instead of taking responsibility for not having ordered correctly. Also, he didn’t tighten the nozzles or handles firmly enough so they came loose within a few weeks of wear. He came back twice to tighten them down. He struggled doing so partly from poor skill and partly because his tool box was nearly empty of bolt options. After 4 or 5 tries, he finally found bolts that seemed to work. After 2 months, so far all are still firmly holding to the countertops but I do not recommend Mr. Rooter for custom plumbing.

Beyond the right choice. Honest, honorable, respectful, clean, accurate, and caring. I chose this company after getting many quotes. He was the most honest quote. I had contractors who took their work as a burden and not my safety first. They didn't want to put the work in to do it right and safe because it would require climbing under the house. We had companies try to quote us for the same work but added on extra fees for what needed to be done. Mitch even pulled our permits and added extra luxuries for us. He went above and beyond and was so considerate of our schedules and needs. My other half was so happy we went with him that they wouldn't stop talking about what a great contractor he is. We will always use him in the future.
