Thank you so much to Manny! My mom is a senior citizen(I live with her) and she was very stressed at our facet situation. At first it would not stop dripping. They originally had another person come out(she forgot his name) and he fixed that portion. But a day or so after the sink was not running right. Just drip drip drip. Now we could see there was something blocking the water flow. The city just did construction on the plumbing. We are uncertain if that is where the debris came from. But Manny took everything a part and made sire everything was put back perfectly. No extra charge for that. Which I was really worried about. Because my mom barely scraps by as it is. I was very worried they'd gauge her and double charge her. And I wanted to leave a good review. So if people were on the fence if they should use you... do it! They are professional and respectable people. Who do not gauge their clients like some companies do. Thank you so much! We will be using you in the future. And I will tell my friends and family. Thank you!

We worked with Charles and Mary on the home plumbing issue we've had for years. They were both professional and responsive to my questions over the phone, via text, and in person. I liked the complimentary on-site inspection because I learned some things from Charles regarding how the plumbing system worked, and I didn't feel like he rushed the visit or explaining the mechanics to me. He was personable and didn't mind at all with our puppy hanging around us during the consult and appointment. In fact, he tried to social and play with him for a bit to ease his excitement.
The price was reasonable and I didn't feel like he pressured me into further sales when I presented my problems. Their texting system to communicate the logistics of the upcoming appointment was helpful. I highly recommend their services and working with Charles was easy. Horrible . Owner/ manager was obviously busy. Sent out a tech who did a half job fixing the problem and charged my parents $375. Another clean up tech told us what the original domco guy missed so we called again. Same guy came out and charged my elderly father another $300 + ... when I found out I called ...called again ...then my mother called twice to find out why we were charged for something HE (Wayne?) missed. The secretary told us they would call back. We called 4 times and never got a response back. This place is a joke that charges crazy amounts and takes advantage of old people who they know won't argue.....DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Called about an exterior leak, they went into my neighbors home, failed to find the leak, said nothing to me. when I called to find out what was going on and hopefully get this leak actually looked at I was yelled at and hung up on. very poor customer service. the technician who did come out was excellent and fixed the issue quickly and easily.
