They came and did a quote due to a backup in my bathroom and kitchen, and from start to finish they were fast acting, professional, and honest. Chris T & Franklin C have been out there working in the heat for a few hours now and they are very hardworking young men who regardless of the heat have had an outstanding attitudeand have been very kind. We highly recommend this company. Cecilio came out the same day we called and it was during the holidays. We had to replace a leaking tub shower combo. He quoted a reasonable price. The work was completed in a timely manner and Jose was wonderful to work with. They also fitted in replacing a faucet in another bathroom while here. We will be calling them for all of our future plumbing needs.

I called this company because my AC had stopped working. I scheduled an appointment in a 5 hour window. While I was booking the appointment he was pretty much trash talking home warranty companies. For example they hire newly trained people who do know what they are doing. I made an appointment so I could at least have someone look at my AC. After I booked an appointment a company who works with my home warranty called and I made an appointment with them pretty much the same time I had made with fix it rite. I called fix it rite to cancel my appointment and the guy I talked to previously answered the phone. I told him I was cancelling my appointment since my home warranty called to schedule an appointment he just said I told you about home warranties and then he just started laughing and said okay I will cancel. How unprofessional not way to treat potential customers and to trash talk your competitors. I never told him the name of the company my home warranty went through so he was just lumping everyone just indicating to me he was better than them

The technician from 1st Plumbing Davis did an excellent job getting the water heater back up and running. He took the time to explain everything he was doing so that I could understand. Not only did I get a repair but also an education on how the equipment worked. It was a great learning experience as well. I highly recommend this company!!

Jeff and crew from Miracle Works did a great job replacing and redirecting our sewer line. Jeff was professional but also kept me and the family in the loop with timelines and timing. They also did a good job in keeping the backyard safe overnight since we have kids and pets.

Kevin saved the day! Fast, efficient, professional. 6AM Saturday morning we had a shower valve emergency and water would not shut off. To make matters worse our water main is also apparently broken and we couldn’t shut off the water outside! As soon as I called, Kevin immediately jumped in his truck and was on his way to help. He arrived with the part he needed and knew exactly what to do. The shower valve was working again in no time. He even showed me how to turn off the water at the street main for any future emergency. We will definitely be calling Kevin to help us again! Thank you!

Very honest staff

Amazing service, simply put, it was phenomenal. My water heater and furnace decided to go out on the same morning. Fidel from Huft was out later that same day, diagnosed everything quickly and told me about multiple solutions. I ended up just going with replacing both units and Fidel took the time to go over pricing, he showed me exactly how much unit was going to be and even helped out with some discounts the company had going on. Super helpful and great work! 10/10 would recommend.

I had an under the slab leak in my apartment building. I liked that when I called, Jeff answered, not an answering service or voicemail system. I was able to describe problem, and he gave me solutions to try to fix the problem before he came out. I was impressed he did that when others I called just said they would come out for a fee and give an estimate. When he did the work, it was quickly and professionally done. He even had his crew help this elderly couple replace their furniture.

In the end, the cost of the whole service was less than his estimate. How often does that happen!
