Excellent service. I was able to get a same day appointment after a previous plumbing company miss reported information to my warranty company and did not find the issue with my water heater. Within 5 minutes the repair team found the issue with the water heater and repaired it within an hour. I highly recommend them.

Eduardo is a very capable, affable professional. I couldn't believe him when - late in the day with my water shut off - he said, Oh, let's just take care of it now. Easier than explaining a complicated project to someone to take over next day (and I'd have no water and lose another day of work).

3. We were out of country the entire time and Chris kept us posted on the progress and patient oul answered our questions.
4. Chris also oversaw the drywall patching work (he referred us to an awesome drywall & paint guy (Bret Zipprian) who was also phenomenal to work with.
5. When we had a couple of questions 2 months after the job was completed and Chris stopped by our place immediately to clarify our questions.

Bruce cane out to teplace my valve on the gas log fireplace.
I was unable do turn the valve die to weakness from arthritis in my hands. PG& E apparently did not verify if the valve was stuck or not and recommended teplacement based on my observations so I called Armstrong. Bruce came out and callede as I was inable to be there when the tenant scheduled the appointment. Armstrong took my payment info over the phone and send Bruce.
When he arrivef he called me and advised the valve was ok in working condition.
I trust Armstrong to do whats right and based on this experience I trust them as a tesult of Bruces honesty and integrity. I will use Armstrong in the future for all future plumbing needs.

We had Super Brothers repair two toilets in our house and they did an excellent job. It probably isn't the cheapest plumbing service out there, but the professionalism and service was top notch, so it was worth the higher price to us.
