Their person had excellent communication skills. Explain what was to be done and why. Provided me with a couple of tips that I can us locate the cause of a sewer clog and what I could do clear the clog.

Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing is my Go To plumbing company. David Ortiz, the owner, has done many jobs for me in the last 9 years including full repipes, bath tub setting, moving drains in slab foundations, sewer repipes and he even did a simple faucet valve repair. Dave is the one plumber that I refer all of my Real Estate clients to when they have a plumbing issue. He is prompt, professional and very reasonably priced.

Dillon was very knowledgeable and explained clearly what was going on with my old water heater. He then showed me how the new one works and explained all the safety features. I also appreciate that he told me about a couple minor plumbing issues that I had going on in my house.(faucet valves that need replacing)

Unbelievably poor customer service, a complete disregard for customer's schedules. It is literally impossible for these guys to show up to an appointment on time, or even remotely close! They gave a four hour window twice, and both times didn't show up until many hours later! A total disregard for people who have to work for a living, and a completely non-chalant attitude in their office staff! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I would not recommend this company for tankless water heater service. They botched a diagnosis and repair of my tankless water heater, taking 8 service calls to figure out what was wrong with my heater, at one point they told me I had to replace the heater. Turns out the electrical control box was faulty and needed to be replaced.After almost $1,000 in parts and labor, they finally figured out what was wrong. One star since they were mostly pleasant despite the frustrating experience.

Call for clog , you said 1.5 to be there , showed up in 30 minutes. Surveyed the problem , got in out out in another 30 minutes. Thanks so much for the quick response, n being professional.

Dan walked me through all of the potential leak sources and explained plumbing and pool leak issues. He even patched our pool crack for us. He was professional and kind. Cannot recommend more highly!
