Great job on changing out my water heater. Delivered & removed water heater, job was done in a reasonable amount of time with everything up to code. Price was great under $1000! Glad I found a honest & reasonable plumber!

Lupe Espinoza, plumber for Ace, was solving an issue at our neighbors' house. Because of good recommendations for Ace Plumbing, we asked him to investigate a toilet that wasn't flushing properly. We found Lupe to be personable and knowledgeable. He was patient in answering questions and addressing the problem. Based on today's experience we would recommend Ace Plumbing.

I called this company because my AC had stopped working. I scheduled an appointment in a 5 hour window. While I was booking the appointment he was pretty much trash talking home warranty companies. For example they hire newly trained people who do know what they are doing. I made an appointment so I could at least have someone look at my AC. After I booked an appointment a company who works with my home warranty called and I made an appointment with them pretty much the same time I had made with fix it rite. I called fix it rite to cancel my appointment and the guy I talked to previously answered the phone. I told him I was cancelling my appointment since my home warranty called to schedule an appointment he just said I told you about home warranties and then he just started laughing and said okay I will cancel. How unprofessional not way to treat potential customers and to trash talk your competitors. I never told him the name of the company my home warranty went through so he was just lumping everyone just indicating to me he was better than them

The technician who came out today went above and beyond. Steve is very knowledgeable and very courteous., I appreciated his explanation on my unit. Kudos to Steve!! Cindy Cox

This company is a joke. Do NOT hire them if you need something done promptly. I had to call the guy to remind him about my appointment, and he had totally forgotten and said he'd called me back. He never did.

From the phone call to let me know he was on his way until the clean up at the end of the job he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Totally an all around great experience. Called about an exterior leak, they went into my neighbors home, failed to find the leak, said nothing to me. when I called to find out what was going on and hopefully get this leak actually looked at I was yelled at and hung up on. very poor customer service. the technician who did come out was excellent and fixed the issue quickly and easily.

Nathan arrived on time. A very personable and professional young man. He was thorough checking out my tankless hot water heater. I will certainly use this company again.

I called early Sunday - New Year's Day 01/01/2023 AM and spoke to Brandon about my water heater not working.

After listening to my report - and asking a few questions - Brandon indicated my pilot light was out.

He then walked me carefully (and patiently) thru the steps needed for pilot lite relighting.

He was calm, cool, confident and clear of speech.

I'm a 20 years Navy vet........I'd go to sea with him anytime.

Ive written a review before, looks like it was taken down. No way does a company be in business since 1992, and there's no review...hmmmm.. I wonder. No, I dont have to wonder, I know, this company is bottom of the barrel... They did a detection for me, and left a mess after they left. Cutting tube piping and not repairing it. Terrible customer service, and... really, dont know how to send email attachments??? What a joke... Stay away...
