This company installed a gas line from my service meter all the way into my kitchen. The plumber, Justice, was very knowledgeable and communicated with me on the progress of the job. He finished everything in a day and we were ready for inspection the very next day. These guys are quick, honest, and do the job right the first time. We passed inspection with no problems! Was able to come out to where I was moving out of and complete several repairs and cleaning so that I could get my deposit back from my landlord. Was on time, did a good job, hauled away all the extra stuff I didn't want to take with me when I moved. I plan on using again soon for a few changes I want to make at my new place.

My wife and I just had the best plumbing service ever performed by Domco Plumbing. Justin and Alfredo showed up promptly for an 11AM service call. Purpose was to determine why we have such horrible shower pressure. They professionally and thoroughly researched the situation and corrected it. Not only do we have great water pressure now. But we could probably power wash our car if we wanted to. Hats off to Justin & Alfredo. (Alias the Bald Eagle & Super Sauce). We’ll be sure to tell all our friends and family about Domco. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On 2/24/2016 you sent out two “Techs” to check on a water leak in the planter area near my water meter. They dug a shallow hole next to the meter about a foot and a half deep and two shovels width wide. They proded around in the dirt and had no clue as to where the water was coming from. Your bill stated it took one person ½ hour and the other 3.5 hours. I watched and quite frankly was less than assured that they knew what they were doing. When questioned neither had any idea as to where the water was coming from. They compiled a very costly estimate to the tune of $6435. Based on what I saw, I called in another company to evaluate the problem and give me a bid to repair the leak. Within minutes of arriving they located the leak on the other side of the water meter. As stated in my email, the job was done in 2.5 hours for the total cost of $2500 by the Trenchless co.
I really don't believe that Armstrong is a dishonest company in doing plumbing repairs but you do have a problem.
I was watching the 2 people doing the investigative work (that term is being generous) the short time they were there and what they did was not reassuring my confidence. I am convinced that they did not have a clue as to how to deal with the problem at hand and they over estimated the cost to compensate and cover their behinds. Something to thing about with respect to training and estimating job costs.

Following the Feb. 6 Email that I sent you, I received a response from customer service indicating they would check into it and contact me. Since then have not heard a word.
I did however received a bill for $675.00 to “locate water leak” near my water meter. Keep in mind they did not locate the water leak. Check your invoice #56532. They came up with some cockamamie estimate that had no credibility. I refuse to pay this bill. If you want to pursue it further feel free, I am very disappointed in what occurred. I will remind you that I had considerable work done by your company in suite B. Now I question the legitimacy of those expenditure as well. I will not do business with your company again.

I called Jeff's Plumbing to have someone come out and give me an estimate for a gas line. I was rudely asked how many estimates I was going to get. We scheduled for a service member to contact me when they were in my area the next day to obtain an estimate. I recieved no call the next day.
