Solid, professional and effective

This company is a Navien water heater specialist as I was having issues with mine after 10 months of installation. They did not install my water heater but I needed a Navien specialist to diagnose it.
I paid them 160 for them to come out for 20 minutes to tell me it was my condensate line, which seemed kinda weird to me as there was no signs of it backed up.

But the machine decided to work when he disconnected the condensate line and didn't even bother getting on Navien tech support.

The heater goes out again 2 days later and I needed them to come back. Once again he tells me it's the condensate line and tells navien I didn't have any fall on the neutralizer.

None if this made sense to me since I delivered 90 new homes with the same set up with no issues.(I'm a construction manager)

Long story short, I had to call Navien tech myself to ask 2 series of questions to figure out I had a internal leak on the heat exchanger and newwrx told me since they didn't install it they did not want to touch it, unless I buy a new one from them.

I ended up going with Clark and rush as their tech knew the issue and got the part warranty.

If you want a navien tankless or need a specialist stay away from this company their tech probably needs more training.

Only thing good about them is their scheduling on showing up at the time alloted.

These plumbers were rock stars. Superbly competent and prompt. They accomplished a massive plumbing job in less than a day! Oh, dude, thanks!

I have been with Gallagher for many years and do participate in the monthly service club. After 18 years my heater was becoming a problem and I went with new AC and heater units. The two installers, Dominic and James were outstanding. I gave them run of the house and restroom and these two gentleman were polite and professional. These guys are welcome in my home anytime. I often wonder if a company like Gallager knows what great employees they have. Finally, the service man who put the final touches on my new new unit, Jake was another ourstanding gentleman. Jake was thorough in his job, pointing out several items to help me prolong my new units life span. Thanks to Gallagers and their great employees.

When Timothy came to my house within 30 minute time at 10:00 pm, he listened to what the problem was. After he analyzed the situation, he told me exactly what was needed and explained it all to me. Very quick, responsive, and effective. I've had them here several times, and each time they were courteous and quick to complete the work to the highest standard.

While they weren't able to solve my issue (not their fault), they did a thorough job and gave me excellent advice on my next steps. They even went above and beyond to use their camera on some of my other drainage pipes for peace of mind.
