Patience, kindness and professionalism is was what I took away from my encounter with Drew and Zoom Draining 12/12/2020. I was calling on behalf of my senior parents who discovered a water leak under their kitchen sink. Drew informed that with the information I gave him I probably would need just a regular plumber. Zoom Drain was still willing to come out to give a free estimate. After further conversation with my dad I found out that this issue probably would be covered under his home warranty. So I called Drew and let him know that we would not be in need of their services at this time and do you know what Drew's reaction was? He was happy that my parents had coverage to get the services they needed. He told me if we were ever in need if any services to please call. I will recommend Zoom Drain to everyone. They did show a good attitude on finishing and follow through, but they needed to work harder on finishing in a timely manner.

Excellent Plumber with great service & reasonable rates. Had a leak at a property and called Dimitry on a Friday afternoon @4:30PM He dispatched someone immediately to inspect and returned the next day (Saturday) to complete the work. As a Property Manager of over 25 years finding a good professional plumber who does honest work at reasonable rates is becoming more and more difficult! Jeff and crew from Miracle Works did a great job replacing and redirecting our sewer line. Jeff was professional but also kept me and the family in the loop with timelines and timing. They also did a good job in keeping the backyard safe overnight since we have kids and pets.

I left an email and he called me in less than 5 minutes he was able to work with my work schedule and did a great job cleaned my whole drain around my house to insure it was clean and clear gave me some good advise aswell

Found and repaired a cracked underground gas line. Simplified the original design, resulting in less stress on the line that caused the crack in the first place. David and Collin represent the highest standard of professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and were a pleasure to deal with. Great to see that exceptional service is still available. They seem to be in high demand for good reason. I was lucky to have them.

Called them on a Saturday and Pedro had someone call me back immediately to come out. He showed up within the hour and was here for some time assessing our problem. He was very nice and professional. They got a crew out the next business day to perform the actual work. The crew did a good job and did not have to do as much dismantling to the bathroom as initially thought, which was awesome and also saved $$. Would recommend this company.

Boyd Plumbing is excellent and will always have my business! Steve inspected under the house for any water pipe leaks. Removed old bathtub fixtures and installed new hot & cold water valves, shower diverter valve and fixtures.

Vanderveer Plumbing (Bill & Cody) installed trenchless at my home as I was constantly having to call a plumber to snake the pipes due to tree roots and old pipes. I was referred to them by another neighbor. Bill informed me of a program in which I could get a very very low interest loan from the county to do this work which was also quick and easy. Bill and Cody were thorough, meticulous, responsive and fast. Bill made the entire process effortless on my end. It was one of the smoothest contractor jobs I have experienced. I highly recommend.

Today's experience...first of all they were prompt with a callback and someone came right out to give an estimate. After recieving an estimate for $745 to turn a gas pipe 180 degrees the homeowner balked. Went and got $20 worth of parts and a $20 wrench and completed the project in an hour...we had to turn off the gas and the estimate actually said that it was extra to relight the pilot light on the hot water heater...buyer beware

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
