My yard was flooding during heavy rains. I researched quite a few companies and decided to call Zoom Drain. Their service is excellent! William arrived on time and did an in depth evaluation on all of our yard drains. He was honest, friendly, respectful of our property and very informative. He explained everything he did, asked questions, checked various drain areas and proceeded to repair the issues. He was also efficient and quick. His level of professionalism was high. This company has set pricing so there are no hidden fees. There was no charge for the estimate and they were able to start work right away. I highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Excellent Plumber with great service & reasonable rates. Had a leak at a property and called Dimitry on a Friday afternoon @4:30PM He dispatched someone immediately to inspect and returned the next day (Saturday) to complete the work. As a Property Manager of over 25 years finding a good professional plumber who does honest work at reasonable rates is becoming more and more difficult! Val communicated promptly and clearly with me, gave a two hour arrival window and then texted 35 min prior to arrival with the specific arrival time. He was pleasant to work with, cleared a difficult sink blockage and cleaned everything meticulously after. Price was equal to estimate, despite the blockage taking an hour to clear, and in the range given by other plumbers I called prior.
I have a new plumber and will call Golden Valley Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

Been needing to share how great this family run business is. I had a bit of an emergency, but I understand all plumbing issues tend to be emergencies. 😉 Fig's happened to be the first place I called and Daniel was kind enough to add my house as a last stop even though he already had a long day of work and had to finish the next morning. My warranty company assigned them to do service for my after the technician arrived 5 minutes he told me this not covered by your warranty and you need to pay me $350 to get it done, I asked him if there is discounts he told 250 cash no card ,I celld the warranty company the asked me not pay anything to him because it should be covered and the aske the technician to send Diagnosed report , but he never did or respond to the company, so I highly recommended no one call this company because the hire technician trh to scam you.

Ive written a review before, looks like it was taken down. No way does a company be in business since 1992, and there's no review...hmmmm.. I wonder. No, I dont have to wonder, I know, this company is bottom of the barrel... They did a detection for me, and left a mess after they left. Cutting tube piping and not repairing it. Terrible customer service, and... really, dont know how to send email attachments??? What a joke... Stay away...
