I had a really good experience with this company today. I called this morning regarding a kitchen sink issue and they were able to help me same day.
Tanner helped me over the phone, and was friendly and helpful; took down my contact info and gathered some diagnostic information efficiently. There was clear communication. Maurice showed up on time. He was respectful to me, my mother, and my home. He put on shoe booties to come in without me having to ask, and the workspace was left clean. Although what I was experiencing was not a clogged drain, Maurice troubleshooted to help us figure out the issue, and even went above and beyond to help me locate the sewer line and dropped some knowledge about drain maintenance. To me, that means more than anything; someone who is genuinely nice and helpful, and takes the time to educate me to help prevent issues. He had nothing to gain, other than being a nice person and helping me learn. He has a strong work ethic, and it shows in the interaction we had and the work that was performed.
It's hard to come across good service nowadays, and i can't say how much I appreciate this interaction and service. I'm happy I made this phone call, and i will absolutely contact them for any future help.

We been battling cancer for 5 years and hes seen my wife in her condition as he passed through the bedroom to do his job. God has a story for all. Sacramento Repipe does exceptional work! We bought a new home that needed to be 100% repiped due to dreaded KITEC plumbing. The owner, Dave, gave us a quote during our investigation period and when we closed, I called him up and he fit us in on the schedule immediately as I explained we were trying to move into our home ASAP. All throughout the process, Dave was big on communication and you can tell he is super passionate about his work, his positive energy is infectious! From start to finish, Dave walked us through each step, so we understood exactly what they were doing, he patiently answered all of our questions, and he and his crew kept the house neat and clean thru the whole job. They were respectful and they made the process very easy, we are so happy we didn’t turn down our home due to the plumbing. Sean came out to my house to check my shower valve. Another company wanted thousands to replace. He determined that all I needed was to replace the shower cartridge. He went above and beyond to fix my problem and save me money at the same time. Next time I have a plumbing issue, I will call Domco first.

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.

This company stole some equipment from me after I loaned it to them since they did not own the equipment and the cost for the equipment was around $2,500 we're done other work with this company and thought that they were a good honest company but come to find out they're just a bunch of crooks I would not trust them in my house or around my house they have never once tried to repay me for my equipment or give my equipment back I hope people read this review and understand where I'm coming from if you do use them good luck and I hope they do not rip you off. By the way when they borrowed the equipment I had owned a plumbing company in Rancho Cordova. Just to keep in mind they used to be called Sutherland Plumbing why did they all of a sudden change their name because they were so honest and such a good and Reliable Plumbing Company that people should keep calling them probably not!!!!!
