Had a pipe burst inside a wall on a Sunday morning. Eric was at my house within two hours & scheduled the repairs for the very next day. Quick, clean & professional. The best in the business.

I called Vango off hours because I needed a professional plumber to run a new pipe because during my kitchen remodel. Eddie, the technician came in quickly and immediately knew what needed to be done to get the job done. He was very professional and knowledgeable. While I had him at the house, he offered a complimentary inspection to make sure everything is draining properly. I strongly recommended Vango Rooter to my friends and family.

I would have given a 5, but they were over 5 hours late. Very nice and helpful.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Sacramento Plumbing Solutions! When I called about our sump pump not working, Mike came out the next morning, crawled under our house, and let us know exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. The very next day, Mike & Anthony worked all day to install the new pump. As with any older house, there's always an issue and they ended up having to jackhammer some cement to install the new sump pump basin. They didn't stop work until 9pm when they finished! And, they didn't charge us any extra for the extra work! Both Mike and Anthony were super nice, professional, and dedicated. We are super happy!

Dmitriy arrived as scheduled. He started the job by covering the work area for cleanliness. The new Delta kitchen faucet looks great and he fixed the loose garbage disposal as well as one leaky drain. Enjoyed our conversation and his prices are very fair. After more than one bad experience with other plumbing companies I finally have found my plummer for the future!!

Been needing to share how great this family run business is. I had a bit of an emergency, but I understand all plumbing issues tend to be emergencies. 😉 Fig's happened to be the first place I called and Daniel was kind enough to add my house as a last stop even though he already had a long day of work and had to finish the next morning. The woman who answered the phone was also curteous and professional. The price is reasonable without sacrificing quality of service. Thank you!

I called for an estimate on my sewer lines in my home. They did not say there would be a charge for the estimate. A guy came out in the afternoon and said they would have to come back the next day. The next day someone shows up and asked me what was going on. I told him that I had an inspection/estimate and it showed the cast iron pipes were getting rusty. He asked to see the estimate. I said it was emailed to me. He asked if access was still open to see into the pipes. I said yes. He went to his truck and sent his assistant back to tell me it would be $175 to give the estimate. I told him I would not pay them $175 because no one said there would be a charge. Then he said my time is money dude.

Charged $245 for 15 minutes to unclog sink problem using video head to free grease clog in main line. Tech talked me into buying useless bio-chem treatment that he said would eat away grease, etc and prevent future problems. 3 months later, I had same clog, same problem. When I called them, they said no warranty, no discount. Blamed new problem on egg shells and bad disposal. Avoid these people!

Parrish was awesome. He helped me with a few projects at my house. He was very responsive, honest, and very knowledgeable. He was also very reasonably priced. He gave me options and prices, suggestions, and never tried to pressure or upsell me. He replaced my broken sewer line, he replaced some of the old galvanized water pipe to pex water lines, and he installed a really tricky toilet for me. Parrish will definitely be my go to plumber from now on.
