I had first call Aaron on a Sunday morning after Thanksgiving and he answered the phone. I could hear kid's laughing in the background and thought he might be a family man so I thought I'd give him a try. To my surprise he showed up in a few hours later and cleared my blocked kitchen drain. His prices are so affordable compared to the big box companies it's unbelievable. I gave him a big tip, and have had him out a number of times. I had him replace my hall bathtub, showed valve and head, upgrade some plumbing and couldn't be how fair his prices are. I've even had some repairs done at my mom's house (someone I can trust). Sometimes you find someone that is good at what they do and don't try to rip you off. I've found my plumber. I can't say enough about Aaron. I highly recommend his services.

In 2014, Jimmy installed a tankless system in my residence for 5g, the process took 1 day. Although at the time I thought the price was on the high side, I went ahead & went with him based on his experience & knowledge.

In 2015, I had a water leak in my front yard at the box where the water meter is located. County water agency dug a good sized hole & determined it was my responsibility to fix. County water agency diagnosed the fix, a 90 degree plastic elbow that needed to be replaced. I Called Jimmy. At the end of the day, Jimmys co-worker responded, looked in the hole & agreed same diagnosis as county. Co-worker went to the store to get the part, cut the old piece out, installed & glued new piece. Actual labor took approximately 10 minutes. Co-worker than sat in his truck for approximately 1 hour & talked on the phone before driving away. Jimmy charges me $400.

County agency responds back out to inspect the work at which time they approve the fix. County worker asks me who did the work, I tell him Flowrite. He then asks me how much did they charge, I tell him $400. County worker responds with a surprised look & tells me I got gouged on that deal.

I call Jimmy back & tell him what the County worker said. Jimmy gets irritated with the County worker & starts justifying to me why I'm being charged $400.

Summary: Jimmy is knowledgeable experienced, & does good work. After checking with other plumbers, the $15 in parts & 10 minutes it took to fix the leak in my front yard should have been a $125 to $150 service call. I gave Jimmy a chance to make the situation right at which time he made excuses.

Ohh & guess who got to fill in the hole & do all the clean up work.....me.

I could not be more pleased! Carpenter Joe did a complete bathroom remodel to perfection. He was meticulous and detailed. He explained the process as it evolved and answered all my questions. His pricing is extremely fair especially when compared to the great quality of his work. He completed the job on time and delivered on all his promises. He'll be the one I call for any future projects.

We were among the first of a group of 10 neighbors that choose Sacramento Re-pipe over competing bids in a neighborhood last May 2016 with about 2,300 homes plumbed with kitec pipe, which has a history of failures. David Ortiz and crew re-plumbed our 2,800 ft sq house in a day and a half, never left us without water, and did an excellent job. All 10 neighbors were very satisfied with the work completed. Since then more and more neighbors have had their homes re-piped by Sacramento Re-pipe. Highly recommended!

Jeff was on time for both the estimate and the day the work was done. Very professional and friendly. He wore shoe covers while in the house without asking. He installed our sink, hot water tap and faucet quickly and cleanly. He went up and beyond with the install. Would definitely recommend Jeff and the company.

Hire them at your own risk. Recently I had a plumbing issue at my house. They promote themselves as professionals who offer free estimates. What a lie. They charged me a whooping $250.00 to diagnose a problem I already told them I knew the origin. They promote themselves as general contractors. After they cut opened my ceiling, they said they'd refer someone to come finish up the work since I had water damage. These people never referred anyone, neither did they call me. They are extremely expensive as compared to others. Never again!
