these guys are great on time and gave me the price up front did an excellent!! job installing my new water heater. I would highly recamend first response plumbing!!

There was a lot of grease and hair in the pipe that they showed. They did a hydro jet and cleared the line. Very happy with their promptness and courtesy. But extremely disappointed with being charged so much when the problem wasn’t as severe as they made it out to be. They should have adjusted the charge when they realized the clog was in a small area vs throughout the drain. It was an expensive lesson and we won’t use them again but they did do what they said they would do.

I had called another local plumbing company who came and took pictures, but I never heard from them again. I assume they were not up to the task. July 2018 In my opinion, the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced! Stay Away! I am a tenant in a house and the landlord contracted with Jeff's Plumbing to complete bathroom plumbing and to remove an old solar water heater system on the roof. After they completed the work, the main technician said they will complete a clean up and that everything was fixed. Guess What? They broke the solar water heater system glass panel in the front yard (thousand and thousands of pieces of safety glass) and LEFT IT FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. Most companies would have put a tarp down to collect the broken glass. Also, there was insulation everywhere from the removed system too. In addition, they left a shower door, framing for the shower door and brand new plumbing parts in the house. Would a good company leave a massive mess for someone else to clean up? This is what you can expect from Jeff's Plumbing! I called their office and immediately complained. They sent a worker to clean up the mess and the first thing he asked me for was a garbage bag. He said he forgot to put items to clean up in his truck. Was he coming to a pool party? He was here for an hour and left without cleaning up the glass. Then the main technician came the following day to vacuum up the glass. He had to go to home depot to get a broom and items for the clean up (guess he was also here for a pool party). When he said he was finished, I could still pick up glass in the yard (a lot is still there) but I told him to just go out of complete frustration. The list goes on with Jeff's company and my suggestion is to never use them. Also, in my experience, they are VERY, VERY RUDE! Stay Away!

This is a terrible company which has cost us time and money which we did not need to spend. Their internal communication is almost non-existent, their customer service is terrible, and all of the negative reviews you see on the internet are completely credible.

I have spoken with several agents over the phone identifying what our issue was, all of which said they would leave notes for the technician. The notes included what my issue was, what would be required to complete the job, directions to my house, etc. The technician showed up to our house not having received ANY of these notes, and was completely unprepared. He spent the whole visit discovering what we already told the dispatchers over the phone.

After the visit, we were told we would receive a follow up call to identify next steps. We did not receive that follow up call, and when I called back in, I was told that the solution to the problem was the very thing I identified with very agents before our call. They informed me that these services would be quoted outside of my home warranty.

Had the initial agents communicated with me properly, I would not have scheduled this appointment, and would not have paid my home warranty for the service. They wasted my time and money, and have told me they will refuse the refund I am going to request from my home warranty program.

All in all, this is a terrible company that is walking away with my money without having done anything for me.

UPDATE EDIT: After having 2 additional parties (including the a city technician) both parties have concluded that Advanced Plumbing's diagnosis was flat out incorrect. After attempting to call Advanced Plumbing about this issue their supervisor hung up on me.
