The sewer was backing up from our cleanout. The plumber that came out (Jacob) was amazing. He was able to determine the clog was on the city side saving us hundreds of dollars. He even called the city out for us. Will be using for my plumbing needs in the future.

I called a number of plumbing companies this morning to install a new dishwasher with an air gap. I chose R Box Plumbing because of the price, prompt response, and timely scheduling - they were able to get me scheduled same day in the afternoon. They were very professional, personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. I feel confident that the dishwasher was installed without any problems, but if an issue with installation comes up in the next year they will come out an remedy it. Overall, a wonderful experience and a very happy customer here. I would recommend then to others that need plumbing work.

Talk about miracle workers! Jeff and Alden really went out of their way to help me with a broken water heater, which included lots of unique challenges, and all within one day. A top notch company that really goes above and beyond. They also matched the lowest quote I had received from another company. Very professional, honest, and hard-working people. Edmund was prompt, professional, on time, and great value. I needed the water in my fridge hooked up. He had to go into the quite literal crawl space under the house and basically build it off the main. Really great work. While he was here I also had him install a new shower head. Really great company.

I left a review few days ago and the response from the company were incorrect. For example no one informed us they would be late until we called them. And we informed the company we had faulty Kitec piping and they outright responded back that they didn't know. Good business in their part?

I could buy 6 water heaters for the cost they charge to get a gas line rerouted. Maybe they don't need the business from the regular folks.

Beware! They will attempt to sell you services that you dont need and then charge you for it.
Like they did to me. The tecnician offered to check if drain is plugged in addition to fixing the leak by saying ”i can take a look at it”.
The fee was not included in the estimate, but was later added to the bill! “Looking” cost me $150!

They are sitting on water heater repair issue for 21 days. Response is pathetic. They have no clue. The lady on the phone does not the status of when the repair will happen and the so called supervisor is absent all the time
